The black lady (I think she owns the place) has a stank attitude and poor customer service skills. As much money as I spent at her establishment in the past 2 years, waiting in that long line for 45 minutes+ each visit, I am disgusted with her nasty spirit.
She gets impatient with menu questions and talks to you as if you’re a child or incompetent. This is why as a black woman I am hesitant with supporting black businesses because you help pay their bills and they treat you like dirt in return.
Lady, you don’t have the only chicken spot in the city. Yes, the chicken is delicious, but my respect is more important so I will take my money elsewhere and never eat here again. I pray that God heals the bitterness in your heart - can I suggest retirement perhaps.

Haven't been here in a while because the line is always around the corner today I decided to give them a try the line wasn't too long but I noticed the speaker doesn't work for you to place your order you have to place your order at the window. The windows are so smudgy and dirty you can hardly see the people in the inside they gave me a can of pop with a cup of ice due to the fact the pop machine doesn't work I ordered four wings in a basket and it came up to almost $15 I think y'all reaching how you guys going to charge these prices and your pop machine don't work and your speaker don't work and we can barely see the humans inside we have to do better as black owned businesses this business has been here over 15 years now sad to say I won't be back in this place used to be popping...

Order when you get to the window! This place is always incredibly busy and most of the time people already know what they want.
I'm here to let you know it's so worth the wait. The kindness of the staff to the quality of the food; it was incredible. I got this for a dear friend who was in KU Med so I wanted something that would stay hot. It stayed hot and still tasted fresh after the trip there. The woman behind the window also was amazingly sweet and sent blessings with me that I appreciated more than she knew that day. ♥️ Will definitely be back when I'm south
