Food was pretty good and the service was okay however they did not know the laws of service animals. I brought in my service dog on the hottest day of the summer so far so I didn't put on his service dog gear. Ada law states that service dogs are not required to wear any sort of identification. They asked me that next time if I could put his service dog gear on. I explained the laws but they said that the health code didn't care about the ada laws(???) and that they have gotten in trouble for it before. They also said that they could not ask questions about service animals, which is also untrue. As the ADA law states once again, you are allowed to ask two questions as a business that is open to the public. Those questions are, is that a service animal? And, what task is the animal trained to perform? I even explained that if they said anything about emotional support that the company was allowed to kick them out of the store because emotional support animals are not service dogs. Now here is the part that really annoyed me, they kept talking about how they got in trouble with the health department but one of the people making my food was touching my food with an ungloved hand. I have worked in food service before and I know that you need gloves and your hands need to be washed. I'm sure that the employee had washed hands but it was just upsetting me because they where trying to tell me what I had to do with my medical equipment because I'm sure they have gotten caught with a pet dog in their store before. It really is so heartbreaking that small businesses don't know the ada laws before opening a shop. I hope they can use this as a...
Read moreA cute little coffee shop / restaurant / bakery in about three equal parts. Although we mostly go for the food, and maybe a drink.
A bright friendly atmosphere with books and plants. A large family / community table by the front glass garage door.
The Tofu Burnt Ends were delicious and definitely a favorite, as was the barbequed jackfruit!
The TLT/BLT was tasty. The wife loved the Breakfast Sandwich.
The Buffalo Cauliflower Baked Crispy Potatoes, the potatoes were great as always, the cauliflower was a little spicy and a bit on the lightly done side. Crispy cheese across the top.
The New York Deli Hoagie, could have used some roasted red peppers or something to add a little more than mostly vegan cheese. But if you want something light it could work.
Their sandwiches are a little on the small side, but delicious and they come with fruit or delicious crispy potatoes and greens which makes for a pretty filling meal all together. The salsa for the potatoes is very flavorful.
Could use a little dressing for the greens.
They are allergy friendly, no dairy, eggs, or gluten.
If you haven't been by yet, I highly recommend stopping by to check things out! One of our favorite...
Read morePeople was rude. I was doing an instacart order for them and they had alot of items from costco. My 2 yr old little girl was riding with me as well. I walked in 2 groups of groceries and no one even attempted to help and they barely tipped. Being that I had my babygirl riding with me which I had already explained when I brought the 2nd group of groceries in I asked if someone could come get the watermelon out of my car so that I didnt have to walk away from my little girl a 3rd time. There was a kinda heavyset white lady, she seemed like she ran the kitchen who told me ima just cancel the order. I said excuse me? She said again I'm going to just cancel the order because none of my staff is walking out to your car! I said whoa my little girl is in the car, you've already had me walk in all these other groceries what is the issue with someone coming to get the watermelon? My staff will not be walking out to your car. I said that is crazy, I bet I wont take another order from this location. The guy cashier ended up coming to get the watermelon I think...
