I am compelled to share my dreadful experience at this establishment on September 4th at 4:15 PM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was met with a complete lack of courtesy. The young woman taking orders didnât even bother to greet me; instead, she started taking the order and her friend appeared (who was supposed to be inside preparing drinks) and she abruptly started having a personal (non work) conversation with him. When she returned, there was no "excuse me" or any semblance of acknowledgment.
After placing my order, I proceeded to the window to collect the drinks. I inquired about the manager, only to be told that he was not present, but the staff member, Scarlet, asked me what was the problem. When I expressed my concerns about the service, her response (while interrupting me) was obnoxious: "They are really good friends." Someone may want to give them a clue that this is a business and a basic human decency lesson.
Moreover, I noticed that the young guy who had been making drinks (the same one who interrupted the young lady who was taking the order outside) also returned without gloves, unlike the other two employees who were at least following basic hygiene protocols. He had even touched the door to exit, raising serious concerns about cleanliness.
In my honest opinion, this location, which I have frequented in the past without issue (I will say that I have had VERY positive experiences previously), now requires serious management intervention. The behavior displayed by these three individuals suggests they lack the maturity and professionalism and would require supervision. I will no longer visit this location (and I live 2 mins from here), especially when there are plenty of other options available nearby.
Management should review security footage and address the blatant disregard for hygiene and service standards. Itâs essential to have proper supervision in place, as what I witnessed was nothing short of a group of teenagers operating without any adult oversight. This experience has left me with no reason to return, and I sincerely hope that improvements are made before someone else has to endure the same...

They should consider installing an ordering screen so customers can confirm their orders before finalizing them. Instead, they have someone standing outside in heavy traffic, primarily focused on getting tips rather than ensuring accuracy.
Another issue is the way they handle the drive-thru lanes. One lane often has 20 cars while the other has only one, which makes the process feel disorganized. Their system really needs improvement.
On the positive side, their prices are reasonableâbetter than Starbucks and only slightly more expensive than McDonaldâs. The staff is extremely friendly and provides excellent customer service, which is definitely a highlight. However, I strongly recommend checking your order before driving off to avoid surprises.
