Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Katy

This is by far the worst place to get a sub! I eat Jersey Mike's all the time at the Fry road location and always get amazing subs and amazing service. This location is the polar opposite of that. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered my sandwiches to go and when I got them home they were disgusting and we could not eat them. Completely drenched and put together insanely sloppy. And the service was terrible. They have a separate place to come and pick up and when I got there the girl just looked at me at the counter and then helped the man behind me at the line. Subject: Poor Service and Mishandled Order at Jersey Mike’s

I placed an order through UberEats, and unfortunately, the Jersey Mike’s location gave my order to the wrong driver. I received a call from the store explaining that my order had been handed to another driver by mistake. When I asked for a replacement sandwich to be made, the manager flatly refused.

There was no apology or effort to correct the situation — just a dismissive attitude, which I found both unprofessional and disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled says a lot about the values of a business. In this case, there was no accountability, and the customer service was severely lacking.

I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t experience the same...

This location is soooo slllooooowwww and stressful. Online orders trump those standing in line and They are trying to be efficient, but it’s working opposite how they intend. Make the sandwich, dress the sandwich, pay for the sandwich. Don’t cross these wires. They have 3 people asking one customer different questions, I get asked to check out before I’ve even chosen my toppings. Or sometimes I’m choosing toppings before the sandwich is cut (then repeating because they were forgotten). Then I’m walking back in line to chose or see what is available (I don’t have them committed to memory). It’s honestly stressful to get a sandwich here!
