Piccolo Snowman - Italian Ice, Ice Cream & Boba Tea — Restaurant in Katy

Awful experience today. My cousin always goes with her team to have ice cream here. Today I went with her and my sister and we had to wait 20 minutes just to leave very upset and disgusted. The two young girls serving had the worst customer service. We asked for the Dubai Affogato and a Classic Boba tea. 5-10 minutes later, other customers walked in and ordered. 10 minutes after we had ordered, she said they did not have the Dubai Affogato, then we ordered an Espresso Affogato. All the other customers got their orders while we were still waiting on ours. They would just put the drinks on the table without even making eye contact or call out the drinks. She puts one Espresso Affogato on the table and my cousin takes it thinking its her. After she starts eating it, the lady comes with another one on her hand telling her that this one was hers. My cousin returns the ice cream telling her that She is sorry but she had already started eating it, and the worker just says oh. The other customer who had ordered the espresso affogato gets up and the worker gives him THE SAME ONE my cousin had eaten. They kept working still not bringing the classic boba tea. I had to ask again and that’s when they say “oh, what did you order?”. It is not just disrespectful, but it is unbelievably unsanitary how they gave the already tested ice cream to another customer, had us wait 20 minutes and did not even bother to say sorry for what they had done. How do I trust what they are giving my cousin or the team who are young little girls when they did that in...

Remember the first time you tried a Boba Popsicle? I remember saying to myself, how come I didn't try this sooner.

That was the first impression that came into my head as I took the first spoon full of the Dirty Boba Affagotto.

The combination of the syrup, vanilla ice cream, & fresh boba was a flavor explosion in my mouth that caught me by surprise. This is way better than that Boba Ice cream Popsicle, I've tried. It was sweet, savory, & refreshing.

It definitely hits different when compared to enjoying boba in drinks.

You'll have to try this out for yourself. Your taste buds will not be disappointed.

This is awesome italian ice, boba, and ice cream. We walked in and our cashier (AJ, the actual best, most helpful, and funniest guy ever) greeted us and gave us a tray of popular samples to try. The cookies and cream, cotton candy, and boba flavors were our favorite. We ordered the dirty boba affogato, brown sugar milk tea, and root beer coolisimo. The sizes are deceptively small, don’t let your heart be bigger than your mouth. The small is perfect for one person and the medium can serve two people easily. One warning, it’s right next to the highschool so it might be busy on weekday afternoons during the school season. Overall, the italian ice is super flavorful and the ice cream is incredibly creamy.
