First time in Texas and first time trying Teriyaki Madness. To be honest it not worth the price, and the white rice… it terrible, too much water it no longer white steam rice, it more like dry up porridge, to make the rice like that it like first time cooking rice without proper measurement, I’m Chinese if I make my rice like that I will get spank. Haha. I hope they will improve but as for me I will never go back again and I will not recommend.
Update 11/10/22: it was my bday recently and they sent me a coupon for free bowl, I know I said I won’t go back again but hey, it free food, who don’t want free food right? Ok so this time for the free bowl I got the katsu chicken bowl, and as I mentioned before white rice sucks so I decided to pay $1 myself to upgrade to noodle. So my final order is chicken katsu bowl with noodle and veggie. It was good, it was filling, the noodle definitely was much better than rice but it $1 extra. But today this location won my heart and my loyalty forever! I called in a small order and placed my order with Darlington. I had to call back about 20 minutes later and tell him I could not make it, my dog had gotten sick and I was rushing her to the vet for an emergency visit. I was willing to pay for the order and let him give it to someone else. He told me it was okay, that he would talk to him Manager and let her know and not to worry just to make sure my dog was okay. I don't share this for people to take advantage of this location but to understand that sometimes people remember to take care of one another and today they did that.

I asked for a refund and my meal and when I asked to speak with a manager she laughed and put me on with someone that said “you speak Spanish”. I guess they thought this was funny. Then someone who claimed to be the manager got in the phone and I doubt he was the manager. I spent $50 on a meal that they forgot to make half of and to be disrespectful. If you are the manager or owner of this franchise I would expect more from your employees. They seem more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers.
