If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. Floral manager is soooo RUDE. When I asked for the price range of corsages, I was told they are not taking orders. Did not even bother to find out when I needed it. When I asked why their not taking orders, I was told because of mother's day. I said " do you realize it's prom season her response was " kids should respect their mother's more and not run off to the beach on Sunday or whatever". I did not need it until Saturday the 17th. I chose to use this stores pharmacy because I could get there by cutting through the neighborhood, I will immediately transfer them to the big heb on spring green. Then I will have no reason to come here, thankfully. Your employees should know the store director's full name ,not just "David". I have always loved HEB but this location has real troubles.
