Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Texas

Love the donuts, no doubt about it. The two times I've been in, I've dealt with someone that is very difficult to understand. This morning I told the lady that I'm getting a dozen so let's start out with six plain glazed, she then asked me a question which I could not understand. I then repeated six plain glazed first and we'll go from there, well she asked another question. Come to find out after I'm looking at all the other employees, she was asking what else did I want, well I didn't know. As she was getting the first six plain glazed donuts, I was looking at all the other options. She didn't want that, she wanted to know all twelve donuts right then and there. Was very disappointed - went to drive-thru and was ordering donuts (Shipley’s has always been my favorite) then saw that young lady who was taking my order was not wearing a mask and decided to cancel my order and leave. At a time like this, workers in the food industry should be extremely mindful of their responsibility to protect the health and safety of their customers. I am highly disappointed with the service here. I ordered birthday donuts for a co worker and when I arrived to pick them up they were not ready and I was told that they never had a order. I have the screen shot of my call log of me calling and again I was told I probably called another location. The lady who assisted me was rude and told me that there was nothing that she could do. She did not want to give me her name or the managers name and number nor the owners. She just did not care. This is the poorest...
