The restaurant is always dirty. Plus today I was there and saw the owner there.. Very rude to workers and talking about workers in front of customers! Not to mention I saw the delivery van they use to deliver orders and catering. It was GROSS!!! And the owner was in it!! They had filled boxes with a huge order just spread out throughout the dining area taking up most tables. No concern. But the kicker is how disgusting the inside of the delivery van was!! I am a fan of Firehouse, however, I was given two sandwichs that were made wrong and were horrible. I contacted Firehouse and was told that they could not give me a refund since the Firehouse is locally owned but they would pass it along to the owner. I never heard back from the owner even though I contacted them a second time. The refund or credit I was requesting was for $10. Now keep in mind, my wife and I were customers on a weekly basis.
