McDonald's — Restaurant in Kauai

Ordered thru the app because when I don't they always end up putting cheese on my mcgriddle & I didn't have my card on me and did drive thru pick up. It was close to 1030 but nothing on the app said if you make it to the speaker past 1030 they won't be able to process your order. They would not honor my order bc they were already serving lunch. They ended up saying the could honor it but I had to pay by card. I explained that I had to pay thru the app and they refused. All this for 12.12 I said at this point it being your restaurants error if they could just have me pay for something that totals at the same price and give me the breakfast I ordered instead and they refused. This was the manager Roxanne she was completely unhelpful and had no customer service skills at all. I have dealt with another manager Florence in the past when my order was incorrect who was much more helpful and understanding that when the company is at fault the customer deserves leeway. And the 12.12 charge went to my card anyway so all of that was just to be unhelpful and give...

This is possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I went up to the counter and a sign said to order from the big screen kiosks. Fine, I get that they're busy. Then I try to order on the kiosk but the card machine isn't working. After erroring out a couple times, it spits out a receipt and tells us to pay at the counter. Okay? So we wait at the counter for an employee to come help us, and no one so much as glances at us. The dining room was pretty quiet and the drive through was mildly busy, yet all the employees are running around in the kitchen like they're slammed. A few employees rush in and out of the kitchen to take food outside. THEN, a woman comes in complaining how she waited for her order for over 20 minutes and her food is soggy and fries cold. THEY BARELY ACKNOWLEDGED HER. We thought it over and ended up walking out shortly after that. We won't be coming back again unless absolutely...

If you’re looking for the coldest place on the island, this is where to go, I kid you not my glasses fogged up once I got out and it wasn’t even hot outside (72° on this November evening). Also nobody is at the counter, they make you self order, pick a stall number but don’t bring your food to the table (why picking a number then ???), I waited at my table for about 30 minutes until I realized nobody would bring the food as they’re focused on the drive through. And when I went to request my food, the employee rudely asked why I left if I wanted my food, I never left, I simply assumed they would bring it to the table I sat at as at other locations. Other than that, the restrooms were clean, and the food was usual McDonald’s. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but I froze to death in there and will never forget that...
