McDonald's — Restaurant in Kauai

Very rude night crew. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt it was necessary. On 02/27/2018 I pulled up to the drive through, the fact that I wasn’t greeted and asked my order wasn’t the problem. The problem was I could hear them speaking and laughing over the intercom, I said hello 3 times before the guy asked me for my order with a McAttitude. Once given my order he instructed me to drive to the last window. After taking my money a lady handed me my food and slammed the window.I instantly check the bag. My fries were cold and soggy & I was missing one of my cheese burgers. I waved at the window for about 2 minutes until somone came back. I wasn’t even upset at that point I figured maybe they had a long night I know fast food can be hard. The guy asked me was everything okay & I said no I’m sorry can I get some fresh fries & my burger isn’t in the bag. He asked for the bag back and pulled one burger out and said it’s right here. I said no I ordered two.. he than turned and began speaking foreign to the lady who initially handed me my food, than turned back to me and said she said she put it in the bag. Now at this point I’m getting aggravated. I told him if he wanted to accuse me of lying about a cheese burger he can just refund me my money. He than turned back to the lady and continued speaking foreign & than said to me give me one moment please & slammed the window. About 5 minutes later the lady came to the window with with my food fresh fries and two cheese burgers. She apologized about the inconvenience. & I left. It was an overall unpleasant experience and I don’t think I’ll return. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because the lady did apologize & once corrected the food was good.. but it’s not worth giving my money to be treated as if us paying customers aren’t the reason the get check. We waited 20 mins at the drive thru just to pick up our mobile order. Take notes we click the button "already here" on the app when we were 2mins away from mcdonald. But when it was our turn to order i told her my online order code 3 times in the speaker but she keep saying it's not a valid code so i ask her if i could come up and show my recites and my code and i did nicely but she keep saying it aint a valid code so i told her to try my other transactions and she keep saying the same thing thats it not valid. Until few min she finally got my other order and told her to try my other code for my other order but once again she keep saying its not valid and walk out on us. I drive up and wanted to talk to the other employes but there she goes again comes up and do nothing! I already had enough and didn't want to hold the drive thru line so i ask her if i could cancel it so i did but when we got home we saw our mobile bank that it took out. I never really got any trouble with mobile order until now and it was the worst experience i dont know if she's a manager or what but she's very unprofessional walking out while we were still figuring out what to do cause i showed her everything that need to be seen.. it would've been more professional if she help us and gave us an option what to do with the mobile and she could'ven been more polite talking to us.. i believe her name marjorie aranda...

No Aloha love here... Shocked at the horrible service! I ordered some food an an OREO McFlurry. Don't get an oreo McFlurry here! Almost the entire McFlurry was solid plain vanilla icecream other than a sprinkle of oreo dust on the top. Normally I wouldn't care but I was oddly craving oreos! And happened to be driving by good Ole McDonalds. So no big deal, I nicely went up with a smile on my face and said there were no oreos in the McFlurry, showed them the plain white icecream and asked them to just throw some on top so I could stir them in myself and they had to get their manager. Then the manager asked the staff if they put the correct amount of oreos in and they sheepishly said yes so the manager turned to me and said nope, we won't give you any more. You have to pay more if you want more oreos... More oreos? It was literally plain white icecream, Ha ha. I was pretty shocked and bummed of course. Such a simple fix to make a customer happy. Oh the world we live in these days.... and a rare occurrence of the exact opposite of the Aloha vibe I've always experienced living here. Well, on to the rest of this beautiful day. Sorry for the review but shame on you ya happiness stealing McDonalds manager🙄
