Starbucks — Restaurant in Kauai

Our entire family really dislikes going to this Starbucks, one of my family members works right next to Safeway and still drives to Target for Starbucks. The employees are rude and disrespectful and most of the time there is just one person there. That one person never acknowledges the line and continues chatting while the line grows and grows. However, there was one employee that doesn’t take the time to scan the app and tells everyone that their location doesn’t do stars or scans the app. Avoid this location at all costs. Very dirty must be 1/4 " dust on the shelf behind the back counter. Service is ultra slow people leave all the time as the line moves so slow even with 3 people in line it can take up to 15 min just have your order taken then when the order is taken the price is always different I order the same drink every Saturday after shopping and the price varies from$4.82 to 6.44 for the same order with no explanation why.the staff has an I get paid whether anyone orders or not. Very poor look for the brand when the baristas are so untrained as they were here this past Sunday. I mean how can you mess up an order for grande Pike place with room for cream. The coffee cup was lukewarm (not warm at all)and had lots of cream already added to it. When I told the barista this was not what I ordered, he yelled that is what a regular brew is.
