The service was fine but believe the low reviews - THE FOOD HERE SUCKS. Chicken Panang Curry $16=Yuk. It was too sweet with very little chicken. The Spring Rolls: 3 pieces, 2" each, $8. If it tasted good, fine. But it wasn't even Meh. The Spicy Ahi Poke Bowl $17: Not enough fish and too much sauce. The cook looks Japanese but her name is Thai. Maybe that's it - Japanese trying to cook Thai food. Else, how could she screw it up? She definitely doesn't taste her cooking. Very disappointed. SUGGESTION: Don't believe the 1* reviews & waste your $. Or, do the burger place next door. Or go across the street to Waipouli Deli & Restaurant - what the locals eat. After having a great experience at a different Thai food truck, we decided to check this place out. We read the reviews and were between this place and another. Only having a few days here, we were hoping for another great experience, only to be met with utter disappointment. The pad Thai wasn’t very flavorful, the orange chicken was paired with something similar to top ramen, the spicy tuna roll was seriously lacking, and the thai tea was watered down. This place was awful. Ordered the salmon poke bowl, khao soi, and Thai iced tea. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our food and when we finally got it every single item in our order was wrong. The poke bowl had no avocado or cucumber in it. It was just some salmon on a bed of rice with a little bit of lettuce, edamame, and corn on the side plus two baby carrots. They charged us an extra $2 for the khao soi to come with a chicken drumstick but forgot the chicken as well so we just got a bowl of the curry/soup with egg noodles and raw red onions on the side.
