Needed a spot to cool down and found this based on reviews!
Parking - ample. Location- Easy to find off the side of street and access Seating - covered tables/ benches. Good amount even during busy afternoons. Ordering - Easy! Cash @cost, CC w/ surcharge. They have a menu easy to read and order. Lots of merch around as well such as hats, shirts, stickers, flasks, straws, trinkets. Flavors- Ordered the rainbow which is a preset shaved ice menu item. It came with a snowcap and mac nut ice cream. If I could go back to re-order, i would NOT get the mac nut ice cream. By the time you get under all the shaved ice part, the mac nuts are not nutty any more and are soft soggy macs. Also, I did have a few ice chunks in mine which was disappointing but it didn't stop me from eating it.
Today was a hot humid day, so my shaved ice melted pretty quickly. I enjoyed the flavors on my shaved ice, however they do offer organic flavors which are a little bit more expensive.
I went on a Saturday around 1300 hours. Not too busy, and didn't have to wait too long for my shaved ice. Bring some wipes because the tables are sticky, and so will your hands from...

Each bite offers a burst of flavor, and the added options like fresh fruit toppings and condensed milk only enhance the indulgence.
The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, with a friendly staff that makes the visit even more enjoyable. The highlight of my visit was spotting Ben Stiller enjoying a shave ice, adding a fun, unexpected twist to the experience.

It’s not just about the quality of the ice and flavors; it’s also about the memorable experiences that come with it. Read moreMy sister and I were getting ice cream for her kids. When she went to grab them, the employee, who didn’t even take our orders, started lecturing my sister about how she has no aloha spirit because she didn’t give her a tip for scooping ice cream. And was basically telling her to tip and to tip her in the future too. She literally said, “In the future, just so you know…” Then I went up to grab my shave ice, I said thank you and she just rolls her eyes at me. Super unprofessional.
I’ve worked in the food industry and as a tour guide on south side and hustling a customer for a tip is a big NO! It’s unprofessional and inappropriate.
You don’t know their personal financial situation. So to assume that everyone can tip is not a great mindset to have. Tips are great but are not guaranteed.
People can have bad days, I get that. But you don’t bring that to the work place because that reflects badly on the business, not...
