I needed a battery for my phone. Their hours are posted as 10:00am to 8:00pm. If you want to come before noon, call first to make sure someone is there. I was a little hesitant when Muhammad said I'd have to leave my phone or pay the full $65 before he'd even order my battery. My retail cost for the battery would only be about $16, so it seemed unusual to ask for labor to be paid in advance. But I paid so I could keep my phone (it still worked). Note: If your phone has a high mAh battery and want your phone to stay charged as long as it was previously, ask for the higher mHa battery. I didn't and got a lower mHa battery that doesn't hold a charge as long. Not Muhammad's fault. He just ordered the battery that gave him the best profit as a business should. Very fast and affordable as well as kind and willing to explain your best options and what will not only get you the most bang for your buck but also what will be the most valued and necessary option for your device...also helped me fix some problems I was having within my settings after my phone updated which I most definitely more than appreciated!

shortly after fixing my phone began to start bugging out and he fixed a few thing in the settings but more things just kept messing up ultimately I'm having to get a whole new phone...not really a happy customer is all I can say...
