I always like to go to Subway to eat. The food is really, really good, nutritious, and fresh. There was one bad experience we had when we were traveling out-of-state. This Subway was within a convenient store. First of all, the employee must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. She was not pleasant and she acted as if she didn't want to be there. When we placed our order, telling the young lady what we wanted she began fixing the sandwiches. I do believe that every employee should know what they have on hand in their establishment. As she was dressing the sandwiches, our telling her what we wanted, when we asked for tomatoes then she tells us that they don't have any. I was shocked, I couldn't believe they didn't have any tomatoes. Why did she wait till we asked for them in order tell us at the last minute that she didn't have any. I was through, frustrated, and I didn't want to eat it. We left upset and unsatisfied with our order. We decided right then and there that we will never visit that Subway again. As we continued on our journey, we discussed going to another Subway to buy some tomatoes, so that's what we did. At the other Subway, I told the employee that I have a strange question to ask her, so I asked if I could buy some tomatoes. I explained the problem we had at the other Subway in relation to the tomatoes. I don't think anyone has ever asked such a strange question before, because she didn't know how to answer me; so she went to ask the manager. The manager came from the back of the store with a puzzled look on her face. She probably was trying to figure out how to respond to my request. I explained the situation to her and told her that I would gladly pay whatever the cost was for them. She told me there was no charge, but if I wanted to give a donation, I could; then she asked me how many I wanted. She gave me six slices of tomatoes and I gladly put them on my sandwich. I appreciate what the employees at this Subway did to...

Dirty, Rude & not at all subway standards!
If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. One night a week ago or so, I went there after my workout. Around 8. There were two young workers there; an African American Female, and a white male. The Male was SO RUDE! Wouldnât look ya in the eyes, he asked his questions very quietly and sounded to be annoyed? She was nice but didnât offer to make more meatballs for my friend. They had 2 more hours of operation, but was out of a lot of stuff. OUT OF MOST OF THE BREAD OPTIONS, Meatballs etc. He asked what sheâd recommend and she said everything. Which is fine, I suppose. The male worker was the problem. My boyfriend asked for Avocado, and he was like we donât have any. The female said YES WE DO. The guy goes itâs Guac not avocado. My boyfriend was like âyeah it is avocado, itâs made out of it? And I donât see any guacamole ingredients in there?â The female worker agreed & laughed as he was just giving him a hard time but the worker was not amused. & continued his rude behavior.
NOW TO THE DIRTY. With 2 hours of operation left and zero customers Iâd expect a business that is closing soon to be CLEAN. The floors & tables were not looking too nice so we got our food TOGO. But the lids/covers for the meats and veggies were DISGUSTING LOOKING. Like they hadnât been washed in days!!! I seriously question the health standards of this subway. They either need to upgrade things in this store, & retrain everyone or SHUT IT DOWN.
If weâre ever brave enough to try this place again, Iâll get...
Read moreI always love going to Subway but this time was a different experience at this location. There was two younger girls in the store by themselves one of them was a redhead working a shift together right now at this time. At first they placed the meat in the right place but then she started putting all the cheese and put all the lettuce in the middle of the bread that it was supposed to fold area making it harder for the second girl to fold up and wrap my sandwich and when I got my sandwich it was hard to hold and keep together. Which the second girl they really gave me the lettuce and I had to say more and it still wasn't that much and then when she put the mayonnaise on she put it on back and forth three to four times instead of two times like they usually do. She did the same with the mustard on a sandwich I started getting made after my first one. They weren't very happy you could tell and showed hardly any kindness. Like I said this doesn't usually happen and the workers are usually really great but I think the newer girls need a bit more training before running their own shifts. I hope to see their customer service skills to build if I see them...
