Just a bad experience and failed attempt at making it right.

I asked for no mayo or mustard and it came with both.  She did apologize and picked up my plate and said she would fix it.

The burger came back after they scraped off the mayo & mustard.  I could still smell and see the mustard in the burger patty.  I took the burger to the counter and she did offer to make a new one.  I was bothered that their solution to fix it was to scrape it off.  I told her I didn't really want to wait for a new one (since my family was more than halfway done with their meal at this point).

The other part that bothered me was how she told me my options.  She said I can make you a new one because we don't do refunds.  I can't explain it, but it girl to me.  She also did offer to give me the burger to go,  but I declined.

Burger was good.

First time to try this place. Based on the reviews, and the price, I was expecting good things. We ordered a classic bacon cheeseburger, the mushroom burger, and an order of onion rings. The total was around $20. There were about 6 onion rings for the almost $4, and they were just shy of burnt. Everythng was way overcooked. Even the buns were toasted to almost black. The burger patties were charred around the edges and hard and in the middle. I could not even eat the food it was so bad. And they were not even busy (now I know why!). We unfortunately ordered takeout or I would have just returned everything. What a waste of money. I was hoping for something better than the fast food chains, but this was not it. I miss the other burger place that closed down! First and last...

We just left here. I can’t say anything about the food bc when I walked in, the lady didn’t even great us and say she’ll be with us or anything. She was putting in an order I’m assuming on a tablet, again no words spoken to us. She then turns and walks away to the kitchen. I’m new to the area, how hard is it to say I’ll be right with you? I am hungry and had a long day. We waited about 5 minutes before I decided to leave. I’m not gonna spend my HARD EARNED MONEY, or TIP ANYONE THAT CAN’T BE FRIENDLY. I would have been happy to wait if she would have just looked up at us and said I’ll be right with you. SHE did not even look at us.
