This McDonald’s is clearly more worried about their atmosphere on the outside building in façade then they are both their customer and employee . The first thing they should fix is their microphones if the employee has to repeat every single order you make back to you obviously there’s something wrong there. they sound like they’re yelling in their microphones. This makes you yell back at them. All the employees are great at the McDonald’s, except for their big ass manager that stuck his nose in when I was explaining to the newer smaller kid at the very end of the line, who actually asked me how my day was going,( Best customer service ever in a new employee should have the big headed guys job) and I was telling him that it wasn’t going so well because I was having issues with the ordering System. Then the big headed guy came screaming and hollering at me and told me that I wasn’t allowed through the drive-through anymore because I was too loud. when I was answering my questions that I got asked several times I know all outdoor businesses with microphones have their issues, but maybe they should go back to a single line and pay attention to customer service with a sing le line instead of adding another line that doesn’t work as good as the first line does Neither one of the outdoor monitors works. They’re always glitching and flipping out. It would really be nice to see when you say I want an egg McMuffin and egg McMuffin pops up on the screen not a whole bunch of glitching pictures of other things. I don’t know if this is a McDonald’s thing that they’re trying to promote stuff in their glitching mental atmosphere, but it is not helping the customer get better service. I just wanted to say kudos to the nice little lady that I pay every single day and gives my dog a bone when I come through the drive-through and the kid that was working the second window at 11 o’clock on Saturday, June 28. They make the world go on,with a smile not the big headed Immature guy that thinks she knows what’s going on. That doesn’t have a clue what’s going on. I repeated my order almost 10 times and that was not even exaggerating, but realized 1 of the reasons why he couldn't understand was due to the fact he was mingling with some bikers at the window while I was at the speaker. 2 of my meals was supposed to be a dbl bacon quarter pounder with chz add lettuce and tomatoes to make it a "deluxe". They rung it up as a quarter pounder deluxe add bacon and add 1/4 meat patty, which is over $5.00 just for the 2 add ons. When I got to the 2nd window and I asked another employee to look at my order. He said the prices would be basically the same. When I got home, I put the same order on my mobile app and it was over $6 difference. I had my son go there 3 times. The 1st time the manager put it in the system and stated it was like an $0.11 difference and stated the reason why it's cheaper on the mobile app it to get customers to use it. The 2nd time I had him bring me a receipt for proof but the manager only reprinted my original order. The 3rd time the manager stated she couldn't print a receipt to show the difference unless we made a purchase. (Most of us know you can void a purchase, but whatever the case.) She took a pic of the difference with my sons phone. 1st was a single quarter pounder deluxe add bacon and add meat ( the same as my order). The 2nd was a dbl quarter pounder add bacon, add lettuce, add 3 slices of tomatoes and add mayo. Last time I checked mayo is already on it. Take ur buisness elsewhere. ....WHATS WITH THE EXCESSIVE CONDIMENTS! MY GOSH ALMIGHTY. THEY PUT WAAAY TO MUCH ON BUT SKIMP ON KETCHUP AND MUSTARD. Be careful here. This was a delivery order. I ordered 2 mac meals with extra sauce thinking they'll put the mac sauce packet on the side. Instead, we recieved the burgers with excessive sauce on them. And i mean it was excessive. They were inedible. A sloppy mess. The fries were extremely salty. I mean to the point where they also were not worth eating. My blood pressure shot up just looking at the amount of salt. I had to bring the entire order back despite having it delivered. Fortunately the manager agreed with me that it was excessive. They remade the order and it was 100% better. That was appreciated. The employees were very courteous and professional. Always fast and accurate service. This was the first and last time i ever do a mobile delivery. My advice, make the trip and order in person.
