From the moment I stepped inside The Galleria of Tile I knew this was a special place. I was starting our bathroom project with just a vague idea of the type of look I wanted to create. The staff approached me in a very open and helpful way. I felt comfortable to take my time to look around and become inspired, but there was plenty of help available. I was so grateful for the help that Amanda gave me. She is a very professional and gifted designer. I would have happily paid for her time. She gave me her phone number and was accessible to me for questions, she was generous with her time and attention. She listened to my vague description of what I wanted and turned it into a unique and personal design. Later when we had a dilemma in the middle of the install, my husband got a quick answer and perfect solution from Amanda. She truly saved the day! Last week we returned for our kitchen tile. We are on a budget and have shopped in most of the other Fox Valley stores. In the other stores there was not nearly the level of assistance as we experienced at The Galleria of TIle. Wife and I needed Backsplash installed and went to several places in the area. When we went to The Galleria of Tile, our whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Amanda was always quick to respond to email questions and was amazing at helping us pick out the backsplash that was best for us. We had a hard time finding something we'd like but she did a great job of finding us things within our style.

Installation went great too. Both gentleman who came were great at explaining what they were doing and how long things would take. They worked with our schedule and finished the install on only 1.5 days.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Starting with our initial meeting with Amanda in the showroom, she provided some excellent suggestions and sent us home with some excellent samples to consider for our kitchen and master bath. Once we finalized what tile we loved, she provided great insight as to what grout should be used. The install was fantastic! Jesus and his helper were very courteous and did an absolute amazing job. Their attention to detail and quality of work is remarkable. The finish results are more than we were hoping for and our home was left very clean.
