Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Kaukauna

We always order a pizza on Tuesdays. We try to call early afternoon. If we call after 4 pm, we have trouble getting someone to answer the phone!! It rings but no one answers!! Today, after several attempts to order by phone to no avail, I tried to order online. The site is not the easiest to navigate which causes a lot of frustration. I wanted to ask a few questions before ordering because of a few issues we had with the last 2 pizzas we ordered. The thin crust seemed to have a hole in it. Has the thin crust changed? We had this problem before, maybe a year or more ago & were told they changed the recipe. But after asking about it then the problem seemed corrected. Now it's happening again!! But the pizza today, the thin crust was OK. I just wish the phone would be answered when we call. If it's so busy on Tuesdays that the phone can't be answered, maybe extra help should be added to that day!! The frustration it causes may make me order from another pizza place. The Kaukauna location has been irritating me lately with the constant making my pizza wrong. Today was the worst with making me the complete wrong pizza. I normally order Cowboy with beef instead of sausage and extra black olives, and they normally make it was sausage by accident. Today they made me the pizza with green peppers on it. I told the cashier that it was made wrong, and she tried telling me I got a Cowboy. I told her no Cowboys don't have peppers. She offered to make me a new one. I waited for about 15 minutes, and one of the workers put my pizza back on thr rack for to go orders instead of handing it to me.Then when I got it barely had toppings on it... Staff was talking about some unprofessional things very loudly as I was sitting there waiting..pretty much didn't even care or acknowledge someone was in there. Food is always good tho. They need to spend more time training new people as well I felt bad for the guy ringing me up.. he had to find someone to ask for help multiple times. The manager or someone in charge was telling everyone what to do and said they were leaving early..In my opinion they should have been next to him to help him if he is still learning to make it easier on him and myself instead of worrying about...
