Taco John's — Restaurant in Kaukauna

Right when my family wanted to order food, we came up to the drive-thru and ordered two Nacho Navidad (Holiday Exclusive). We approach the workers to pay our food and "OH MY GOSH!" Those people who worked here, including the teens, are so nasty, rude, selfish, and don't even care for this fast food chain or customers in general! That old lady who works there before she is so cruel and very ignorant to have her working with the teens or anyone else. As soon as we got the food, take a look at the Nacho Navidad (Holiday Exclusive). Where is the meat? Just loaded with lots of cold, melted, shredded cheese! Plus adding bonus, the tacos, burritos, and sides are so cold and so bad that I decided never to visit this location again! Don't get me wrong, I love Taco J. In general, but compared to the infamous Taco bell location over at 3221 Express Ct, Appleton, WI is a "COMPLETE NO NO," and I also love Taco Bell in general too. As of now, I am sorry to say this, but I am done visiting/ordering Taco John's from this...

Check your food before driving away. I’ve been through their drive through four times in the past 6 months and food is ALWAYS missing. Two times it was a four cheese steak quesadilla (which to this day, I still haven’t gotten a chance to try). The most recent was yesterday. Tried making it easy for the staff by ordering one of those 6 tacos / 2 ole bundles. Figured you can’t mess that up, right? Well, they asked if we wanted cheese for an up charge on the oles. Yes, why not? Got home, no cheese. It is almost as if their goal is to make sure something gets missed. Food is pretty much always good though, and the people there are pleasant. Might just be some terrible order fulfillment process / computer.

Update: just tried again on 10/28/2024 to get some food from the drive thru for the first time in forever. They forgot my 4 year old’s food. She just got done crying for 10 minutes because her food was forgotten. I’m just an idiot for thinking this place would...

I will never eat here again. I stopped-in with my family for a quick bite to eat around 7:30. There was an older gentleman and two teenagers working. First of all, when I made my order, the older gentleman made us feel uncomfortable because we didn't know exactly what we wanted to eat. Nobody was waiting in line. The restaurant was dead. After we got our order, one of the meal was made incorrectly. I brought the order back to the counter and explained the order was incorrect. The older gentleman who took my order argued with me. Realizing he was wrong, he picked-up the box and thew it in the garbage noticeably upset. If I were the owner of this place, this guy would be fired. I don't know how well this location is doing but I do know that I will never go there again. Judging by how "busy" the location was at the time, 7:30 on a week night, I suspect I am not the only person feeling this way. I don't need a confrontation from a poorly trained...
