I have come to this Starbucks for a long time because itâs right by my house. I have had Multiple bad experiences with one barista McKenna. When McKenna first started working there she messed up every single time, itâs still the same now after months.
One time I order a hot venti latte and I watched her fill the rest up with hot water. I brought it back and said it taste like water, Mckenna lied to my face and said âthatâs weirdâ after I watched her fill it with water. Thatâs really made me dislike her, donât lie to my face. Just take accountability say sorry and make me a new drink
Other times sheâs messed up multiple drinks on my order, she canât seem to make drinks good on a consistent basis.
Tonight she tried not taking my Starbucks app coupon, and she was completely disrespectful with her attitude.
How are you going to be disrespectful After you messed up multiple of my drinks in the past.
You as a worker know I come here a lot and you(McKenna) know specifically you messed up my drinks all the time and Iâm always more than polite about it. Even after you lied to my face.
Hassling customers about the Starbucks app coupons is ridiculous and crazy when you canât even make the drinks right consistently. Half of the time people are paying for some messed up drinks.
If youâre going to mess up their drink all the time the least you could do is take their Starbucks at coupon
Make it make sense, Give your customer a good customer service itâs really not that hard

   Read moreI've been coming to this star bucks for over a year today i had my HOT cup of coffee spill all over my arm and my hand because the manager failed to do her job correctly and tell her co-workers that the small lids don't fit the cup so naturally I grabbed the cup from the top of the cup as I do every time I go to get coffee and this time it spilled all over the counter and I had to clean up the mess with burning hot coffee on my arm and hand. Then the kid poured my coffee into a large cup and poured just regular coffee in my cup to fill it up. I did NOT order just black coffee!!! Thanks starbucks but I will NOT be coming back to this store I will drive the extra 10-15 minutes to go to the Starbucks on antelope. This was ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Your managers should always tell their workers so stuff like this doesn't happen. I'm nice enough to just give a bad review someone else might not be as nice as me next time.    Read moreI usually come here with my daughter because it is right by my place. Well we came in today 2/22/25 around 5 pm to pick up groceries for dinner. We walked up to the register and the 2 girls are just talking. One took my order and my daughter's while the other one sat right behind her drinking her drink and spacing out. From what I remember when I worked at a Starbucks kiosk not too long ago, you cant have your phones or drinks on the floor. My daughter ordered a kids grande vanilla steamer, and it was definitely not kids temp, burned her tongue and throat. I ordered a Venti Iced WM, light ice, oatmilk, & an extra shot, hznt syrup. I got a completely different drink. Sent my husband to have them remake it and they still did not get it right but were talking and laughing while making my drink both times. I got so annoyed and just threw both drinks away. I want my refund smh.
