El Cenote Food Truck — Restaurant in Kaysville

I have been looking for vegetarian options (just meat-free, dairy and eggs is okay) at restaurants, fast food places, and even food trucks. This place has a delicious salad (Ensalada) that has rice and cheese and beans, and you could get it with or without meat. I got it without and it was very satiating! Another vegetarian option would be a quesadilla without meat.

I used to get the street tacos here when I used to eat meat, and I usually got the asada or the pollo. Both are absolutely delicious.

First visit for me. I had the Chicken Empanada, Asada Street Taco, and a Cheese Quesadilla. The quality of each ingredient: the freshest, flavorful corn & flour tortillas, tender Asada, one-of-a-kind and unmatched red sauce were truly the best I’ve had in 57 years of eating Mexican cuisine all over North America. The Chicken Empanadas, though, stood out as the absolute best! I could eat those for a week straight!
