Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kearney

To anyone and everyone do not ever order from Pizza Hut in Kearney or Pizza Hut in general ever again! They are crooks and their upper management is a complete joke. Customer service is absolutely no help what so ever and no one at the store has any clue what is going on. I ordered last sunday and got confirmation, they took my money, even recieved notice order was out for delivery but no one showed. I received no call about my order as it was supposedly out for delivery at 9:28pm but time went by until the store I ordered from closed at 10 without so much as an email or anything regarding a delay or cancellation of said order. I could no longer call the store so i called customer service and they said the order had never been cancelled and it could be the drivers where just running late but by that point it was already past 10:30pm so i highly doubted it. I filed a complaint and the rep. that night said I would be refunded and contacted by the general and regional manager and it would be taken care of. It is now the next Saturday, I have not been refunded or contacted and when I called the store the general manager is gone out of town and cannot do anything until their return Tuesday according to the girl I spoke with who texted him. So to sum it up, Pizza Hut stole my money, their upper management has blown me off for an entire week despite being told they would contact me within 3 days, customer service claims that they have no power besides escalating to the general and regional manager (whole lot of good that does from what i've seen) and filing yet another complaint against the store. Honestly just give me my money back and let it be the end of it. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a pizza establishment. Not only was my order not ready at the specified pick up time, but I didn't receive my whole order AND what I did receive was incorrect. When I arrived I was told they were waiting on one more pizza that was in the oven. I parked in the waiting area. 15 minutes had passed and we still didn't have our order. My husband went inside, as I waited in the car with our infant son. He got inside, was asked what he needed, he told them we were waiting on one pizza to be done. The worker went to check on it and they said they couldn't find our whole order. He described it as "the worker was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, complete madness and confusion." He waited inside for another 35 minutes, so 50 minutes after we pulled up to the window. They still couldn't find our other pizza. The worker handed him part of our order, at this time it had been an hour after our scheduled pick up time. We took it, as there were 7 people waiting on us to bring the pizza home. We got home with 2 of the 3 pizzas, and our 2 orders of breadsticks. When we opened our pizza, our large hamburger pizza was made incorrectly. It had bean sauce instead of marinara sauce. The 5 kids that were planning to eat hamburger pizza did not touch the pizza as they do not like beans. It was VERY infuriating. So now, 10 people, 5 adults and 5 kids were to share ONE large pepperoni pizza, as we never received our third pizza from the store. This might’ve been one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had submitted an order at 6:18 pm and the app said it’d be done at 6:48 I got there at 6:45 and someone came to the carry out window at 6:48 he proceeded to ask the name I gave that to him and he gave me a heads up that they only had 2 cooks tonight didn’t say how long it was going to take after that they had someone walk in he said he was going to help them and that he would be back I told him okay he helped the other customer and while he was with them another employee asked me if I had been helped I told her yes and she walked and got me a card good for 1 free large pizza and asked me to park in a stall and they’d bring it out to me as time went on many other vehicles came through the drive thru some left with food others just left 4 other vehicles that had parked next to me at different times all had received their food before me getting irritated as time went on waiting for food knowing my 1 year old was waiting for me to get home with supper I went in 3 different times asking on it and managed to get past an hour before it finally even made it to the oven the 3rd time I was going in to ask for a refund they said they just got it in the oven and it was going to be roughly 20 minutes so I went back to my car and waited I left there with our food at 8:04 and by the time I got home my little guy was almost asleep so I had to wake him back up get him to eat and try to get a quick bath in before having to put his brace on...
