Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kearny

I ordered a pizza online and I was told that I should expect my order in 15-20 minutes. Once I noticed that I was waiting too much and gave them a call, and I was informed that the driver had left the store, however usually it takes only 7 minutes, my order took almost 40 minutes, the driver had three orders, my pizza arrived cold, the driver called only once and when I called him back immediately he never answered my call, so I decided to go in front of my house to make sure this call was from the driver. When I get there he was leaving my driveway and I asked him for my pizza and soda, he just bring the pizza, and told me that he will be back in 7-10 minutes with the soda, but it took long, I called the store and I was informed that he left my soda some place else in front of my house, I found it, as I found the pizza, the driver just forgot to read the instructions that I left with my order: Please call me and text me, he was supposed to deliver all items on my hand, and never leave both items in front of my house in different time period, I am very disappointed with the service provided today, I didn't expected to eat cold pizza and drink only 20 minutes later, this store needs to improve...

Terrible customer service and delivery I order from them everyday they call and ring door bell every time as my acct says to ring door bell at arrival. And I tip every time 20% or more. But, Whomever brought the pizza this last time and did not ring door bell and decided to leave with a large pie just because he would not get out of the car to ring door bell as it shows on my instructions for delivery just lost one of their most loyal customers. And the person that answered the phone at the ordering location in Kearny when I called to find out where was my pizza and decided to argue with me for not answering my phone when they arrived because I was in the bathroom and telling me that I was wrong for not answering my phone when they called. I guess that's how you treat one of your best customers and they don't need my business and they prefer to argue with me instead. Also, contributes to this very angry review and the loss of a very loyal customer. I will never ever order from them again. I just signed up with pizza hut across the street from them. My order was totally wrong except for the pizza of course (thankfully I did not order any toppings). I understand they forgot my salad okay, but when opening up everything else, everything was wrong. I order parmigiana with bone they sent me boneless/sauce less wings. Order primavera pasta I got chicken Alfredo pasta. An order of buffalo wings got some sad looking wings with no blue cheese. I called to complain and I was told I would get a full refund and than Sarah called back and said she was only returning $25 out of the $43. The driver had to come back with the salad and the cash - he apologized and told me they were very busy same as Sarah told me. I sent the mild wings back so she herself can see what I received one chicken wing literally looked like a chickens head, just looking at them grossed us out no-one wanted to touch them. As I told the driver if you don't have something I ordered I should of at least gotten a phone call - and if this staff thinks sending food out like that is okay it is not.
