Dunkin' — Restaurant in Keene

Worst Dunkin I have been too unfortunately. I usually do mobile orders, previous dunks said to me that this is the best way instead if screaming back and forth on intercom thing. Well anyways, the older lady hands me my drive, I say thank you. I sit there for a second waiting for my food.. and she screams at me, "well do you have anything else in the order?". I said "oh yes, just the food and that's it".. she proceeds to say "well I don't know what the heck you got" all while rolling her eyes and flipping her arms up in a rude manner and walking away.. once she noticed the other employee was handing her my food, she rips it out if her hand and sticks it out the window without saying anything at all and looking the opposite way.. Like what?? --This is the 3rd bad encounter with her so far. I asked a few others who go there A LOT more than I, and they know her well and have had similar...

The worst Dunkin in Keene. My coffee is usually made right however I have a suspicion it is very poorly managed out of the rest. They're staff are always overwhelmed with little help from others, I'm not even sure if they have a manager 🤔Several times I've waited almost 10m or more to even be acknowledged, once greeted I wait another 8 minutes to order. This happens often! I've been here several times where they were out of almost everything I needed to order, including my visit a month ago where they were out of Caramel, hot and iced lattes, sausage, Bagels and pretty much all their Donuts. I've tried several times to like this particular store and I keep getting disappointed. I will go to the other West Street Dunkin or Swanzey Dunkins from now on. I go here when I'm absolutely...

First I would like to say add ice to the ice coffee. Especially the person with the short red hair! There is never enough ice even when I say extra ice!!!

Secondly they need to work on there customer service skills. While ordering they will cut you off, they also sound annoyed when you order more then one thing. Instead of saying, “would you like anything else today” they are rude and just say anything else or as your saying I’ll also have they say will that complete your order....,

Thirdly as I’m paying for my coffee I hear them talking about how bad the previous customer was to each other and they didn’t hold back.
