The food was downright delicious. They made an excellent recommendation of their caldos- I chose the camarón and I’m so glad I did. There was a ton of shrimp (a TON) and I’m so glad I get to eat the leftovers. My toddler loved their quesadilla- I thought it tasted delicious with the homemade tortillas and it had a perfect cheese pull. The tacos de birria were consumed enthusiastically by my partner.

They were quite gracious with us and our late arrival. They were warm in their hosting and so kind to our boisterous toddler.

We live in Bend and frequent Portland/Hillsboro to see family. We plan to stop here again. And...

The food was incredible. It's so hard to find South Mexican cuisine, and this was awesome. Lots of veggies. Handmade tortillas. Chips were warm. The dishes were novel and tasty!

The table service was slow but polite and helpful in ordering. We were one of the only families there, and 3 of our four water glasses went dry, never refilled. But they all seemed nice, just busy with getting their taco stall outfront up and running for the upcoming dinner...

We found a gem! Handmade sopes with generous toppings, pupusas with a perfect ratio of masa and fillings, perfectly toasty on the outside…and we tried a new dish for us: a Mayan dish called poc chuc with handmade tortillas.
