Very clean, great staff, fast service, when they say your food will be ready in 20 minutes you better hurry up and drive down there. They text you when it is ready, so if you are waiting next door at hair salon to pick up your mom, it’s awesome! But best part- THEY MAKE THE BEST HOT AND SOUR SOUP I’VE EATEN IN MY LIFE! It’s perfect. The first time I thought it was a fluke, I thought I was just hungry, but I’ve had it about 12 times now since they’ve been open and it’s fantastic every time. I’ve had hot and sour soup in every restaurant here in Salem and everywhere I go in Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Hawaii, Arizona and when I lived in California . It’s my favorite food. They make the best, it’s perfect. The Beef Lo Mien is very good, perfectly cooked and seasoned, served at perfect temperature, the pot stickers were great, my 82 year old mom keeps sending me back for more tempura shrimp👍 and the chicken ramen and the teriyaki chicken ramen were outstanding. I am still working my way through their menu, but I’m always going to get Hot and Sour soup to start, so it doesn’t leave much room. Prices are very reasonable, cheaper than most of their competitors, a quart of Hot and Sour soup at this writing was $7, a pint is $3.50. The pint is more than enough for dinner for one person. That hot and sour soup has magical powers for curing the flu that’s been going around, it cleans out your sinuses and make your throat feel better. 🥰 It has just the right amount of spices, the vegetables are cooked just perfect, I am addicted to it. The steamed rice is cooked perfectly, and it’s $1.50, for the same amount a nearby competitor charges over $4.50. I eat it plain it is so good. They have fortune cookies, 👍 they are fresh, not stale like some places, and the bad news for all of you, my cookie gave me the next winning lottery numbers 😂 Sorry about the pictures, I wasn’t planning on doing a review, I was showing my friend how good the food was and decided to do a Google Review afterwards. They are in a nice location, there is an Ace Hardware Store, an AutoZone car parts store, Maria at Super Clips next door is super nice, fast, takes walk ins and appointments, and can handle my difficult mom too 😂, H&R Block is a couple doors down, so you can nice inexpensive meal taste fantastic for about the same price that you would waste at Burger King. $14 main courses large enough to share , and appetizers that are fantastic and reasonably priced keeps me coming back. I’m only afraid they are gonna get so popular you won’t be able to get in the door. They’ve only been open a couple months and it’s already packed in there when I go in and there’s only a tables open. It’s becoming very popular because the food and service is so good. Hey, Salem- we need more like this, something other than Mexican food or...

I am not local and have never eaten here before but decided to try it out last Sunday night for take out while visiting family. Ordered the Sichuan chicken and vegetarian fried rice. Picked up the order and went straight home (15 min drive), but found when unpacking they had accidentally swapped my vegetarian fried rice for someone else's orange chicken - and I had forgotten to double check before I left. Normally, I would have just eaten the accidentally swapped dish without complaint, but in this case the vegetarian dish was for a vegetarian. I started to call them back and noticed I had a missed call about 15 minutes previous from the restaurant, they must have realized the mistake and tried to call me right away after I left. I told them I would like to come get the fried rice, since I still needed a vegetarian meal. The server told me they would remake the order so that it was freshly hot when I came to pick it up. In addition, they added some delicious spring rolls to the order for the inconvenience.
The point here is not that they made a mistake. Mistakes happen. The point is when something like this inevitably happens all you can hope for is they do their best to make it right. I felt like they responded perfectly to the circumstances and went above and beyond to ensure I left with a good impression. So thank you, Wok and Pho! (Plus, did I mention the food was delicious? I would especially recommend the dry fried Sichuan chicken.)
I'll be sure to come try some new dishes next time I'm...
Read moreAppetizers were pretty standard options. The rest of the people I went with had their Super Pho Combo. They said flavors were decent but it was a ton of rice noodles but not much of anything else. You get a little meat, and some bean sprouts and tiny bit of Thai basil. Balance was off. For vegetarians, double check that anything you think is vegetarian actually is. They only have the name of the dish and the meat choice for each dish. No description. So some things might have meat but don't state it. They have a tofu Pho option but the broth was the same beef broth so I didn't go for it. I did order Mapo Tofu but it came out with pork. Never had a place add pork to it before. There was no indication it had pork. And I was not warned after asking if the Tofu Pho was vegetarian. So the menu could definitely use some clarity since most restaurants around have it as a no meat option. The servers were all very kind, quick, and helpful. They took back my dish. And I got Salt and Pepper Tofu. It was nice and crispy but wasn't spicy at all despite the menu icon...
