This place is new in town and my partner and I wanted to try it out. It was bombbbb. Wow, it was really good. I got the braised beef noddle bowl. The flavors were all there, the noddles were cooked perfectly, the beef was full of flavor and not chewy/hard to eat at all. I did have to ask for Salt (but I’m a person who needs extra salt in everything) and the waiter brought us over salt no problem (:
I do wish they had soda options. I’m not much of a tea drinker and all their drinks were tea related so my partner and I just got water. I hope they might be open to soda options in the future because that could also be more business as we would have gotten some.
I do also think they could also add condiments to the tables. Ex. Adding salt, chilli sauce, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, etc as options for people. This would help to bring down time for customers having to go up and ask.
Overall, server was very friendly, asked if we needed anything, cleaned up our table for us. They had really good music playing (not too loud, not too soft). Everyone who loves noddles or wants to try it out for the first time should go! That was my first time having braised beef noddle soup and we will definitely be...
Read moreI arrived and was warmly greeted by the owner. He recommended the braised beef noodles and the soy milk tea (which was decaf). I also ordered the pork ribs. Served by the owner himself in no time the meal was aesthetically colorful and pretty. The noodles were chewy and delicious the broth was rich and savory and the beef was tender and flavorful. Absolutely delicious especially when paired with a side. The pork ribs were tender and juicy and I loved dipping them in my noodles for some extra flavor. Paired with their chili crisp it was absolutely perfect. I was surprised with the Brown sugar ice jelly as a refreshing dessert. It was the perfect meal on warm day. The experience made me want to return the next day. I hope they open more Noodle zones around Salem and beyond. Will definitely be returning with...
Read moreI just finished my meal and ran to the reviews so I could leave one. I ordered the braised beef noodle soup and crispy potatoes. The soup was amazing. The beef was tender, the broth was flavorful and just the right amount of spice (I'd like it a light-medium). The crispy potatoes were very crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I don't know what the seasoning is, but it reminds me of cumin (it probably is cumin). Some of the potatoes were a little in the salty side but I didn't mind it.
The price I paid for the amount of food I got was fair to generous. I feel like I got my money's worth.
I can't wait to come back and try...
