This was the worst McDonald's visit I've ever had. On 4/08/22 at 6:14pm we went in to use the bathroom, order dinner and take it out to get back on the road. The place itself looks nice, may have been recently remodeled. It was just a mess inside. No toilet paper in the 3 stalls of the ladies bathroom. Had to get some from the men's stall. Both bathrooms needed a good cleaning. Just not being kept up.. Two groups of two in front of us to order. After a 10+ minutes waiting, half that time not a person up front unless they were throwing a customers bag on the counter half yelling a number. We went to the kiosk and ordered. Our #660 went on the preparing screen. We waited. The manager lady in charge was very rude. One guy went to pick up his # and it wasn't on the counter. She started barking at the guy and told him you better go find the person who took your food. Did not offer any thing else. Wtfudge. Lady next to us..her # wasn't even on the screen anymore after 30 minutes. She couldn't get any answers... except .. a rude response.. and like we are wasting her time. 28 minutes later our # came up. The quarter pounder deluxe had way to much mayo and ketchup..and was not even warm. The fries were not even warm and half full. So dissatisfied. I have called the not so satisfied 1 800 # a couple times. No response. That's the reason for this review. It was bad. And really there is no reasoning for it. And it starts with...
Read moreThis is such an awful McDonald’s… 4 out of the last 5 times we’ve eaten there, they have gotten our order wrong.
Tonight, we ordered 3 triple cheeseburgers and we got doubles. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was missing entirely. We ordered 1 medium fry and 1 large fry and the large was only 2/3 to 3/4 of the way full. They got the happy meal and 10 piece nuggets correct, but that was it. We called and asked for a refund. The manager said that we had to come back for a refund, but since it was paid for by card, they should cancel the charge or refund the money to the card. This was done by a local business just earlier this week when we realized after returning home that they had double charged us for a fairly expensive item, with just a phone call, a small local business refunded the amount to the card. This McDonald’s always gets something wrong, even though we sat in front of window 2 for 7 minutes waiting for our food. There is no reason they can’t teach their customers to count to 3 to make a triple cheeseburger. Preschoolers know how to count to 3+, so hire a 5 year old and they might get the orders right. It’s ridiculous to tell customers that you can’t refund their card when you got over half of their order wrong. No one in my family will be eating here again and you shouldn’t either. Save yourself...
Read moreEDIT: I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star because after scrolling down to look at the other reviews, I realized there was a 1 star review complaining because they waited too long inside and the reviewer told them to close the lobby. Now that this business has closed the lobby, that old 1 star review will remain forever even though it should be changed to a 5 star and while I'm still unhappy that they would've had me eat in my car instead of sitting at a table, I recognize that they listened to the request of their customer and closed the lobby. Listening to your customers (even though their request was dumb) is worthy of a positive review. My old review is contained below: OLD REVIEW: I would've liked to eat lunch here today but they have a note on the door that says "no dine in" so I'm going to spend my money somewhere else.
A lot of fast food businesses are trying to calculate how much money they might be able to save by not having to pay staff to tend to the lobby. Unfortunately for them, it isn't possible to calculate how much money is lost by chasing would-be paying customers away with signs that essentially say, "we have decreased the quality of your experience at our restaurant for our own...
