Original Italian Pizza Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Kelly Township

When I enter this resteraunt it is very clean and the waitresses and one waiter that I know from going there so much are always pleasant and prompt to serve me. The pizza smells delicious. The last 2 times that I've eaten there I had the same meal because it was so tasty and large..I had the chicken parmesian with a side of spaghetti, 2 meatballs on the side and a great salad and that wonderful homemade bread. Of course it was way too much to eat at one setting, but I love to take it home and have at least one or two more meals from it. One thing that I haven't tried yet is their pizza. I think the next time I go I will take a friend and we can try the Pizza. All in all its a great experience. The service is great, they are always checking on you if you need something and I love it when they take my check up to counter and pay for me. You see im a left below the knee amputee and it's wonderful to be helped out at times. So them asking me if I would like them to take my check up for me, is very generous, that way I only have to get up once to leave. I've never really been a fan of any OIP because the orders are never correct and the food is usually just mediocre, but it smelled delicious so we decided to try it at this location. I ordered 2 ham and cheese subs, but 1 was a COSMO. The cosmo was to be with everything, no peppers, and the cold one was no peppers or mayo. I got no toasted roll, no oil, and no mayo on the one labeled mayo. The one that was to be cold had mayo and no oil. We ended up throwing half of each away because it just wasn't the taste we wanted and they both ended up being a soggy mess. I can't say this was the best but it definitely wasn't the worst. Had the girl Britt at the front counter paid attention instead of talking to the other girl then the order would've been correct. The females here just talk too much and don't pay attention to what they are doing much like I've experienced at other establishments in the area. Ordered your pizza special yesterday for dinner "Two pizzas for $25.99". Then added in 2 orders of mozzarella cheesesticks on top of that. Picked up, brought home, and I was ready to eat. I ordered a plain and a pepperoni. Order was not correct. Well, I got 2 pepperonni pizzas and that wasn't what I ordered. The girl on the phone didn't listen, nor, was she trained properly, as per what the manager/owner stated. I understand your prices go up, however, lets get our people trained, get orders correct, lets produce quality. The pepperonni pizza was extremely greasy and had no flavor at all. Called the pizza shop, the manager argued with me because he didn't train his new hire correct. He listened to nothing I explained to him.
