Extremely Disappointed with the Service
I visited Churro Mania at Dayland and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I stood at the counter for over five minutes waiting to be helped — and there was no one behind the counter or in the kitchen.
Eventually, I noticed a woman sitting at a nearby table, so I asked if she could help me. She said, “I’m on break, I can’t take you now.” I asked if there was anyone else working, and she replied “No,” and then turned away.
I understand breaks are necessary, but if you’re the only one on shift, you shouldn’t be ignoring customers. At the very least, communicate or offer a solution. Instead, I was met with indifference and left feeling completely disregarded.

Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars then I would. It takes them forever to get an order out to the customer and today, they gave someone else’s order before me even though I ordered before them. This place is terrible and nobody speaks English. Also, everything is overpriced for items that are subpar and costs them pennies on the dollar. I will never again go to this trash place 🗑️. I would probably be shocked if the owner of this place doesn’t have to use Google translate to decipher what my...
