So I've eaten at numerous Chick-fil-A's across the country and even formally worked at a Chick-fil-A before.
So for some reason the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was not spicy at all. Then the whole entire meal like the sandwich and the fries both seemed very bland and way under seasoned. Which honestly I've never had any issues with seasoning at any locations that I've been to except this one. Then in the past at different locations it may have not been as great, it may have not tasted the same and the sandwich may have not been been spicy at all, but the seasoning has always been on point except at this location.
Also, the lemonade is always not as sweet as it's supposed to be (as I know the recipe and how to make it). It seems like they don't put enough sugar in it as the recipe calls for, so it wasn't sweet at all.
Honestly overall I gave it 2 stars because the food did come out quick and the service was okay like it was supposed to be, even though the food was horrible and made my stomach sick each and ever time I eat from this location and only this location that I've tried in the country.
Which honestly if management sees this post, then I would please have them do a complete quality control sweep of this location. As I feel like it's going downhill and needs to be revamped in terms of the overall quality of the food and drinks, the speed of the food coming out and not forgetting to miss items in the order. I would maybe consider retraining and or doing more/additional training with your staff, to make sure that the food in the kitchen comes out properly, correctly seasoned, without missing items and in a timely manner.
P.S. I gave this location another chance after I wrote this review, but the food was still horrible. Not to mention, that they even forgot part of my order and I didn't check until after I left the mall (stupid me and I'm going to check next time lol). So I'll definitely not be returning to this specific location anytime soon. Which I hope that people know this and see the difference between how good other locations are vs this...
Read moreTerrible service. Order through a delivery App some chicken pieces, sandwich and 2 drinks. Only got the food, called the driver and he was really nice and understanding, he went back for the drinks but they only gave him one (he couldn’t check how many because the ticket was on the food bag that he already gave Us, he asked for my daughter’s name drinks), called the store and spoke with a woman (don’t know if she was or not a manager) that right away avoid taking responsabilty, unapologetic and saying that it was the driver’s fault. He couldn’t know how many drinks, again, the ticket was in the original bag that We got already. He asked for the drinks on my daughter name and they handled him only one. The worst part is the attitude of the woman from the store and sarcastic at the end with the “Have a wonderful day” after I told her that she has to at least take responsibility, what a difference with the Driver from the Delivery service, taking responsabilty and coming back twice to pick up the drinks and bring them here. Maybe you can hire him to give the people in the store a lecture about real Customer Service UPDATE: Called Corporate and they said that if I was looking for a compensation???? While it’s easy for your faithful CFA customers to continue to order from you and your franchise, I wish to extend you a straight up kudos. My family loves CFA and we were sooooo happy to see you offer up curbside during this pandemic. We have continuously ordered from dadeland since you’ve been open and although at times it wasn’t the smoothest, I thank you for all your teams efforts.
