It was closed fir a very long time for a remodel, and since it's open now I tried the drive thru on Sunday around 12:30 pm and was i in for a shock, I had to repeat myself 5 times for some reason the intercom didn't get a new fix there was 2 cars in front of me so I waited and waited and when I was waiting I waited so.e more 7 minutes then we move forward , and I waited the girl behind the counter must be mormon , she did not want to work i waived her down incase she didn't realize they had a drive thru going on almost 10 minutes now and stillness one to even take my money again the girl appears but her eyes are like that of a zombie. Her perfect job would be to count clouds he is just not there. I have cash, frantically waiving it like I just won the lotto but no one noticed so I just drive off and never to return since they were closed I found a little coffee drive thru in bothell unrelated to starbucks a drive thru who actually cares that im there a d wants my buisness. Come on starbucks get with the times but not for my sake, im done just do it for what ever customers you will have left when you hire people who get paid for doing nothing...

Since I moved from Kirkland to Kenmore, I’ve tried iced vanilla latte from this store more than 10 times, and every time I taste their iced vanilla latte, I always get so frustrated from just one sip. It tastes burnt from an awkward proportion of espresso shots, milk, ice, and vanilla syrup. It is a bummer especially when I order it from a drive-thru because it is a hassle to go back to store and ask to remake it. My friend who ordered iced vanilla latte from this store agreed with me, we ended up going to a different Starbucks, and they kindly remade new vanilla latte for us, thanks to generous Statbucks drink replacement policy! My assumption is that the manager or baristas of this store who teaches their new employee how to make their drinks might confuse their recipe of iced...
Read moreWhile I realize they probably have new staff since I've last come by in a week, but it's a little frustrating to try to order a coffee, have it remade three times because it's wrong, and still have it be wrong the third time and need to go home to fix it because you don't want to hold up the employees anymore. Is salted cream cold foam supposed to be only salt and cream? Because that's all they added. Any time anywhere I've ordered this specific drink in the last month the salted cream cold foam cold brew had sweetened cold foam. I understand it's coffee, but if I'm paying something like $5.25 for a cold brew and have to return home to fix it so I find the flavor tolerable, I think that's a bit of reasonable frustration. If the cold foam is what you're after don't come to this location until maybe they can be consistent with other locations. To at least leave a positive note, the chicken chipotle wrap is awesome and at least the workers...
