Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kennebunk

So Im sitting outside this Dunkins at 130PM on Aug 27, 2025, eating a sub I got from the store next door. I'm in my Army uniform as I'm active duty here in Maine, doing drug prevention work with youth coincidentally. 4 young kids, about 12 or so, on bikes and scooters come rolling by. They go into the Dunkins and come out a minute later. I just happen to hear one of them say to his buddy, "I asked them and they said yes." Not sure what they were talking about. A minute later, they come over and present me with a Boston Creme, and thank me for my service! Clearly, they had asked the Dunkins staff if they could have a donut to give to me, and the staff gave it to them to give to me. Thank you to the 4 kids for the thoughtful gift, and thank you to the young staff at this store for empowering these even younger kids to be able to make this gesture....

Very disappointed in my last two trips. I come everyday to the kennebunk location and 4 days ago, I went to get 2 strawberries donuts for my granddaughters, I drove down and waited in a long car line and got home and they gave me a coffee Roll and powdered donut. I drove back and waited in line again and explained to the mistake. Got to the window and she said your the person with the wrong order. I pulled forward and something told me to look and instead oof my two strawberry donuts they gave me 1 old fashioned. O my god, had to get back in line and finally got it. 1/2 hour wasted for two donuts. Don’t the check order? Next day, got the snakin bacon, parked to have coffee and bacon. I'm a regular here. Have been since I was 15 years old, and I'm 22 now. I come here every, single, morning for my coffee. For the past 2 months, I've been most displeased with the quality of the products. My iced coffee, which has always been the same, just caramel mocha with 5 creams only, is NEVER correct anymore. Not only do all the workers i see on a morning basis make the coffee different each and everytime, but it's not even made properly! Very disappointing considering this was my favorite Dunkin for so so many years. Not sure what has changed but I won't be coming here anymore. Wells is further, but at least the workers are consistent in giving me the one...
