I ordered Detroit style with Prosciutto, cherry tomatoes and hot honey. I was especially excited to try this since I put hot honey on everything. This pizza was below mediocre. There was NOT ANY trace of hot honey on the pizza at all. The sauce was too high of a tom paste consistency and tasted like canned tomato paste without any flavor or seasoning. (Tip: you should check the degree brix on your sauce for quality consistency). For a Detroit style pizza, there wasn't nearly enough melted/slightly burnt cheese down along the sides as a Detroit style should have. I couldn't be more disappointed with this pizza. We expected them to have done some work, since it took them a while and they did, but the work they did made the small restaurant even smaller and removed the bar.
Angelia's is super tiny now and they no longer have a full bar. The menu and food are about the same, the wait staff is still super friendly, but we won't be going there as often as we did before the pandemic/before they changed locations. Not impressed with the setup or the vastly reduced...
