McDonald's — Restaurant in Kenner

First, I’m a restaurant manager. I care about customer service so much. I’m new to this state and I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times after having spinal surgery not even allowed to move. Every time I’ve come into this McDonald’s there’s a manager packing the food up. I don’t know if it’s two different ladies or the same lady, but my customer service either way was above and beyond excellent very warming very sweet very fast very kind, ladies whether it’s the same woman or two different women You know you guys switch your look up so I couldn’t tell, All I know is it the lady I encountered today deserves everything in life and the later I encountered yesterday I feel the same as well! They genuinely look like they enjoyed their jobs. Everything was going smooth. I got my stuff fast with a smile on their face. Happy to Assist me. I’ll be praying for these ladies I ran into. I hope they get everything they’re looking for just off their customer service alone.! Never ran into this type of customer service at any McDonald’s in my life. The service was absolutely awful. We took an Uber to order some food late night. We just got in from out of town we were starving. We asked if we could do two separate orders and the women working the window said no we can’t so we were just gonna order it as one order and figure out how to split it. So when we got to the window we asked what the reasoning was for and she said we can’t do it late night, so we asked for a manager. The manager told us we would have to do one order get our food and come back around and place another order, which is absolutely absurd we have never experienced this at any fast food restaurant. We ended up just leaving and not getting any food cause that’s ridiculous why would we spend our money at a restaurant with service like that. 10/10 don’t recommend!!!! Over the last year, this McDonald's location, Airline Hwy in Kenner, has improved almost daily. The food is fresh, hot, looks appetizing, and isn't sloppy or messy. The coffee has a good flavor that doesn't taste contaminated like other places; their tea is perfectly sweetened. The ice doesn't have a funky smell or taste. And the personnel are extremely nice and professional (whenever I go they are anyway). They also keep the drive thru moving by actually having customers who need to wait for their order, go into the designated waiting areas. I'm not usually impressed by fast food restaurants, but this is my "go to" for breakfast!! I gave them 4 stars because there have been a very few times (like maybe 3 or 4) that I've ordered something specially made and it was not made correctly.
