Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kenner

This place is ABSOLUTELY the worst! We ordered the Big Box Deal which consisted of 3, one topping pizzas and 3 orders of 6 wings... It took them 2 HOURS AND 10 MINUTES to deliver the food. Have I mentioned that it is a WEDNESDAY night? On top of that, the pizza was cold and the cheese had harden; the wings were also cold. In fact, they had an odd taste to them. We've had issues with this particular location the last few times but, giving them the benefit of the doubt and with hesitation, we ordered from here again. When I called to speak to a manager, the kid on the phone, without putting me on hold or muting the phone, he YELLED to the manager, "She wants to talk to you!" I'm sorry... what???? Awful place. We will never order Pizza Hut again. Papa John's will be taking our money...

Pizza sucked. It's a shame that a 6 dollar little ceasers extra most bestest is made better than this 10 dollar pizza. Hardly any cheese, some pieces didn't have any toppings on it , it looked like a blind person sliced the pizza , some slices bigger than my hand , some slices the size of 2 fingers . Pizza hut used to be good, not sure about other locations but this location sucks as far as quality goes. Don't go here , you have been warned , wish someone would've warned me , i would've saved 22 bucks because unfortunately i ordered 2 pizzas. I wish i could put pics on here of the pizzas , as soon as i opened the boxes i was disappointed and took pics , i think ci cis pizza was made better than these were....

I can honestly say I ordered at 9:26pm my kids were still awake they said they'd have it delivered by 10:30 so I called back at 10:45 a dude answered the phone and said she son her way I said it's past a hour and my pizza might be cold, he just said she's on her way, so I waited and the kids fell asleep that's when I was even more upset, I called back at 11:05 no answer straight to the machine, I called David dr pizza hut she called them back , she said someone should answer because they do paperwork until 12am. Nobody nobody answered and I was stuck with no pizza delivery at all, I'm glad I didn't pay with my card, so guess what I called Dominos sad to say they delivered in 35 min...
