Subway — Restaurant in Kenner

I’ve been going to the subway location since the first day they opened, But as of yesterday After going there with no customers inside, I had to wait a few minutes for them to go get Ingredients out the back and I told the young Arab lady to add cheese After she forgot and she still didn’t do it After me requesting her to do it because she forgot and she had an attitude As if she was ignoring me and didn’t want to hear anything. So I thought she added the cheese On my sandwich as I was paying but When I got home I checked my sandwich and realized I didn’t have the cheese and I go to this place a lot. I can promise I will never go to the subway ever again and I’m willing to drive further to a different location. I will also tell others to not go to this location no more or Recommend it to any family members or friends even again....

I had such a great experience at the Subway in Kenner! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. They greeted me with a smile and even asked how my day was going—something you don’t always get at fast food spots, and it really made a difference.

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION…..me and my husband recently went into this location neither of them spoke any English I tried to explain what I wanted the menu was confusing I tell the guy that I wanted pepper jack cheese and he just shook his head no and put some random sauce that I didn’t ask for… ok fine whatever I’ll deal with it well the thermostat was set to 77 inside and there was no music nor nothing what so ever the sandwiches were so dry my husband chocked on his…. zero ice in the machine while it’s 77 degrees in the location… we always used to go here and it was amazing they must have changed staff because I will no longer go back to this one an absolutely horrible experience don’t recommend...
