Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Kenner

I was in this Popeyes on William Blvd Saturday. I felt so humiliated. Only me and my daughter were in the store. Asked the young lady if chicken was frying because we like it straight out the grease. She said five minutes on chicken, we said okay we will wait on it. Okay paid and gotten the drink and all. Mind you I don’t want to place the race card in it but that’s how I felt. No blacks working in the store. Some other people came behind us and gotten the hot chicken that we were waiting on. Gave us the cold chicken that was setting up there. Instead of the manager trying to make it right he study trying convince us that chicken was hot. We are chicken eating people and know when it’s fresh. I clearly ask for a refund. The young lady who gave us the chicken said it wasn’t the hot chicken. Just gave all the hot chicken to the people came behind us.. Poor management and racism is not the key. He nevertheless tried to satisfy us as customers. He didn’t even care just gave us a refund. You are not going to take my money and give me anything like I’m stupid. How did the white peoples behind us get 14 pieces and we only had 6 pieces...

This is the sloppy type of service that gets under people’s skin. For starters, the staff member acted like she resented the customers for even being there. The sandwiches were thrown together to look like last weeks leftovers .All three sandwiches I purchased looked like food given out at a homeless center and half of the order was wrong. I ordered two classic and one spicy chicken sandwich with all three having Cajun fries. Instead, i received three classics, one of which had rice. I had three different types of cold drinks, none of which were labeled and all tasted like carbonated weak syrup. All in all, if your business has no respect for your customers, you don’t need to be in business. I would give negative stars if I could. I’m not going there again, as it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had from a fast food service. I can’t advise anyone to go there unless they like...

Food in the N.O. is normally better than B.R. soo when we took a little ride to Metairie.. We decided to grab Popeyes I ordered the Spicy Chicken Strips Combo & my Spouse the Chicken Sandwich.. We quickly checked our food b4 driving off & it appeared to be good.. Upon getting back on the interstate, I noticed i had NO BBQ SAUCE 😲😯 SOO, I said I just gonna make it work w/the ketchup..But to my surprise, the straps were Mild & Not Spicy & on top of that they weren't Fresh..Lastly, the Biscuit was Dryer than a 🏜..

I just wish that people would just do there jobs right, as I felt like I wasted my $$ due to the employees not taking their job seriously by, checking the hold times on items & rotating the product correctly & also picking up the right flavor chicken..More Importantly, making sure the Sauce is in the bag..

I wish I would've just ordered the Chicken...
