Canes used to be a nice place where not only the food was great, but used to come along with great friendly and welcoming service…I guess those days are over. Came tonight to enjoy my chicken fingers, but no only the teenagers at the registers are rude without manners, the kitchen staff is no better than them. I ordered my Canes to dine in, and was given a to go bag instead. I kindly told the girl that I had requested to eat here…she gave me this look, and told the line guys to put it in a basket…they made faces as it I was asking for something out of the ordinary…then I was given just the basket…no tray…that’s when I realized that every table had their orders in plastic bags…I guess they didn’t want to pick up the trays after people dined it. Tables were filthy, yelling on the microphone calling for people’s names to pick up their orders…So, I wonder, where are the managers, supervisors or anyone with some sense of customer service to give to paying customers? I left very disappointed and I do hope this location find a good team leader to put order and bring back what used to be a “great Canes location” on...
Read moreIt is just this particular location. At any other Raising Canes place, I do not experience these problems. The toast is always soggy. Canes toast usually has a crisp factor going on. At first, I thought it was just a bad batch. However, it was like that with every visit for the toast. The chicken fingers are way too small. The small where you could finish the tender in two bites or less. The chicken used to be bigger but now it is just a sample sized piece. That is an unfair price to charge. They should at the very least, make up for the size by adding in two small tenders to account for one big tender. Nowadays, the food also comes out cold. I don’t know if it’s because it just sits under a heat lamp all day but the food is supposed to be fresh, hot. And for the fries, I have no complaints. Overall, this location has really gone downhill. They should fix the quality of the food so it can return to how it was back then, actual good...
Read moreJust wanted to take a second and shout out the Leadership and Team Members at Raising Canes in Kenner! My family and I are going through a tough time with the passing of our grandmother. Well, as we know in New Orleans, a simple Repast turns into 20 people at your house! I called the Canes on Williams and asked if they could get 50 tenders and 20 toasts ready in 15 minutes. Not only did they make it happen, they called me when I was 5 minutes late to pick it up! Doesn’t stop there. I left and they called and apologized for leaving out the extra sauce I ordered (I was still in the parking lot). Thank you Canes Kenner for making this hard day a little easier. It means more than you...
