Nice and friendly staff, the food is average if not unremarkable, more Middle Eastern Comfort Fair than anything else and that's obvious from the number of families that come to this place. I can't really say there was anything wrong with the food except that it was nothing special. The ingredients are not Super Fresh, the salad elements were unremarkable from each other like there wasn't much difference in taste between a piece of cucumber and a piece of tomato . All in all nothing distinctive really about the food . This place is definitely No Frills. The biggest problem that we had was the air conditioning didn't seem to be working and it was uncomfortably warm...

Nothing fancy at the first glance, but THE FOOD... You must try it yourself. It is one of the best (if not the best) Mediterranean restaurants I've dined at. Sure there are other that have a marketing team, big signs and promote themselves as truly authentic. The difference is that at Shishkabob you have a truly authentic food, prepared by the owner that works himself in the kitchen and oversees the whole process. I ordered to-go over the phone. Young lady taking my was super friendly and helpful. Service was fast. I ordered 2 appetizers, soup, 2 entrees and a kids meal. Only took about 15/20 minutes. Portions are massive and food was excellent! Even the kids were raving about the food! Extremely satisfied with experience and will order again!
