I went to El Capo in Kenner today around 5:30 PM and all I can say is 10/10 across the board! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the El Capo Big Burrito, and it did not disappoint! It was packed with shrimp, grilled chicken, steak, lettuce, and topped with queso. It also came with guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo (though I chose to leave that off).

To go with it, I had a strawberry mango margarita with Tajín, which was amazing! The vibes inside are just as great as the food! Fun, lively, and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

Tonight happened to be karaoke night, and it was such a blast that I didn’t want to leave!

El Capo is definitely a hidden gem in Kenner, and I highly recommend...

Food was really really good the atmosphere was normal just a cool hole on the wall type of places that you are used to finding around all cities in America . I have to sadly give it one on service tho the waitress was the rudest person in the world she was on the phone when we walked in on the phone taking the order on the phone dropping check off I dont understand why people like this are in the industry. She didn’t know the answer to the questions (which is ok but asked her to ask the cook and rollled her eyes on me ) we thought it was a bad dream. FALSE Advertisement! I visited EL CAPO RESTAURANT SEAFOOD AND BAR on a Sunday afternoon to grab a drink. I noticed a sign in front of the restaurant that advertised a 2x1 michelada and 2x1 margarita and tortilla special. I inquired about the special and asked to order two micheladas. When I received my ticket, I was surprised to see that I was charged for two micheladas instead of the advertised 2x1 deal. I explained the situation to the worker, but they informed me that they never offer...
