Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kenner

I put in my order on the kiosk and I watched a female make my order. I'm not sure what her name was but she was a bit on the healthier side and had short braids. She put my order in a to go bag; I asked her for a tray b/c I wanted to eat in and she completely ignored my request.

One of the items in my order were 2 crunchy supreme tacos - which comes with tomatoes, but I added onions to them. Both tacos were missing BOTH tomatoes and onions. I had also ordered a side of spicy ranch and a 2nd side of avocado ranch. Both of those side sauces were missing as well.

I went back to the counter and Derrick S. was behind the counter. I informed him of the error and he re-made my entire order. He didn't have to; I was totally fine with him giving me a tiny cup of tomatoes on the side. He triple checked with me verbally to make sure everything was perfect.

Fast food restaurants usually don't care and have mean employees, especially with my 20+ years of eating at Taco Bell, ever since I was a toddler. Derrick S. was the first guy in my 20+ years of eating at Taco Bell that went above and beyond the bare minimum.

While I was there, I also noticed another woman's order was not made right by the SAME female who made my order. Derrick S. corrected her order as well.

Derrick S. was super nice and kind and he provided customer service above and beyond the typical Taco Bell.

Please give him 5 stars, a raise, and something special to recognize him.

I also want to point out that he was too humble and wouldn't give me his name because he didn't want to take credit for his incredible service. I persisted and asked for his name specifically only to write this Google Review. Thank you to Derrick S. and his excellent customer...

If I could give a Zero that would be what it would be. The entire staff including management in the store on 3302 Williams Blvd Kenner,LA are HORRIBLE!!!!! This store has got to be the most unprofessional Taco Bell I’ve ever visited . Me & my family was visiting Louisiana and went into this location when entering there was no one at the register to check me & the other waiting customers out for at least 8 minutes then a lady who look to be a manager came to the register wearing the same gloves she just prepared food with in the back so I asked her before she fix my food could she please remove her gloves so while taking my order she was talking to the other employees saying that she was going to lock the doors because 2 managers called out & she wasn’t staying pass 7 also while waiting on my order she lets two of the guys that was in the kitchen go on break & they walked out the store with a big bag on food but customers waiting in for 20 mins for their order . NOONE worked like they wanted to be there & the last straw was when I seen one of the young cooks pick up food (not sure if it was cheese or what ) he put it in his mouth with gloves on then looked at me & started back fixing food “Digusted” I ask for a refund she didn’t ask what the problem was or anything she said I’ll be there when I finish in a very rude tone , I waited another 5 mins until I walked out without food or my refund & I spend almost 30 dollars at this location & didn’t get food, a refund or a inch of customer service!!! Someone needs to research this team at this location because I’m so angry at this point it has made me think twice about eating at...

One star is about all I can give it to Taco Bell. It took me a minute to even figure out whether or not they were open. They have a giant breakfast sign up all the chairs from the table and when I questioned him about whether or not the inside it’s open breakfast chicken give me a straight answer and just kind of went well not really. That’s not an answer if you’re supposed be open for breakfast if it’s a drive-through only if you’re too late make sure the inside of it. Could be perfectly honest I don’t think they’ve ever really got breakfast for breakfast because they didn’t have anything open and when I tried asking h One star is about all I can give it to Taco Bell.
