DO. NOT. EAT. HERE!!!! If I could put no starts I would. I did a delivery order and told the lady on the phone Ia allergic to gluten (not gluten free but I will literally end up in the hospital) I odered sweet and sour chicken which came out to be apparently chicken with breading on with a sweet and sour dipping sauce on the side. (Gross!) I called them because I thought it was the wrong order. The manager said that it is how they make their sweet and sour chicken. I said I looked on the website and it did not say it was breaded with a dipping sauce and that I had told the lady on the phone I am allergic to gluten so I literally can't touch it. I asked if I could get it exchanged for something else without breading. The manager was very rude on the phone and said that all of the lunch special chicken are breaded with a dipping sauce...that seemed strange to me so I asked if the sesame chicken, orange chicken, honey chicken, and garlic chicken all had breading and dipping sauce and she said yes. I told her that seemed strange because I've never been to a Chinese restaurant that had all breaded chicken and no chicken with sauce on top without breading. I asked her again if I could exchange it for a chicken without breading and she again said that they are all breaded... I know for a fact not all of their chicken is breaded bc my neighbors order from them, so she lied to me. I will never order from them again because the manager was so rude and not understanding at all even after I had explained I was a new customer, my neighbors order chicken from them that is not breaded all the time, and I am deathly allergic to gluten which I had originally explain to the lady taking my order. The manager could have easily apologized, not lied, and sent something else without breading because I know they have it. I paid $15 on food I can't eat. Do...

Tonight was the first time I had ever visited this restaurant. I ordered chicken with cashews nuts with extra rice. Once I got home I created my plate while my wife was creating her plate. My wife yelled to me in a panic to come and determine if what she was looking at was a bug. I looked at the rice and realized that it was in fact a small black bug. I was not happy so I call the restaurant and I spoke to the manage who apologize for my experience. The thing that surprised me next was what she offered as a remedy for the issue after she heard what I had experienced. Normally, I would have expected the manager to offered to pay for my entire meal but this manager merely offered to pay for only the rice ($1.95).

I am a small business owner myself and that would not have been how I would have handled the situation. At a minimum I would had offered the customer a free meal of their choice realizing that the customer had driven round trip to the restaurant to get a meal. The manager did not even ask me if I had planned to eat the meal or not.

My wife and I were not confident that the restaurant had sanitary cooking facilities, so the meal was dumped into the garbage disposal and another dinner option had to be chosen.

I would like to advise all who have or plan to patronize this business that you are truly taking a chance with their food. I do not plan to visit this restaurant again. There are lots of options in this area to choose from for a...

I ordered 2 large boxes of shrimp fried rice. In my particular box I added my sauce topping mixed it up and took a couple bites. I went in for another bite and pulled the longest black hair up entangled in the rice on my fork coming up from the plate..... I have short cropped blonde hair. I was absolutely disgusted. My fiancé & I called back and we were forwarded from a man on the phone to the phone woman I presume we put in our initial order with. She told me that it was “impossible” that the hair was there because “nobody” in the store had short black hair which I found hard to believe. After much pushback she offered a new meal only if we come up there. WHAT IS THE POINT OF DELIVERY IF I HAVE TO COME TO YOU !! after much more push back and back and forth insinuating the hair was mine. She finally offered to send out a new plate after a through “inspection” from the driver because all orders are apparently checked before delivery which I find hard to believe because I found a finger long hair faster than you can get to the center of a tootsie pop 😒 currently waiting on this “inspection” driver to bring me non contaminated rice ..
