Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kennesaw

If I could give -5 stars I WOULD! I never received my order last night. After waiting for 3 hours I called the 24 hr customer service line. The lady I spoke to on their said a regional manager or something like that would contact me within 3 business days and that I would get a full refund for this order because they were not going to be coming to deliver the order at all. This is the 4th time I have an issue with this restaurant at this specific location. Worst customer service EVER. Devin the night manager hangs up when we try to call to explain when there’s an issue. He says it’s not on them that the orders are correct and hangs up, the deliver drivers make rude comments about tip amounts, the 24 customer service line although the operators are great the actual “help” they give is a disgrace. All they can do is basically enter info and hope that someone actually reaches out to a unhappy customer. WHICH THEY NEVER DO. This has been by far my worst rated experience with any restaurant my entire life. Will gladly be switching over to papa johns, dominos, or even little Cesar’s. Food quality might not be what I want at those restaurants but at least they refund me when they mess up and my order ALWAYS arrives in a timely manner. The managers at this location are also horrible. Not only Devin the one that hangs up, but also Kelly and I believe Elizabeth. The ONLY manager that use to be any help is Thomas and he left for some sort of church event. This is just a horrible locations. Owners really need to correct and rehire new staff because this current group is going to run this location...

Pizza Hut is the worst and they have zero customer service skills. I always order from them but not anymore they have lost a customer over $32. The employees act like the money was coming out if their pocket but it was actually mine. I didn’t even ask for my full amount back. While on business in New Orleans I ordered from Pizza Hut. Little did I know they’d have DoorDash delivery the pizza. Well I never got the pizza but I paid $37.33. I called the store, they looked into everything and issued me a credit to my phone number. I told them I do not live in New Orleans how will I get my credit. She said “it is tied to your number so next time you order from any Pizza Hut you’ll have your credit “. Fast forward to today while at home in Georgia I tried to order food for my family from Pizza Hut. I was hung up on 5 different times, transferred 5 times and still no resolution to my problem. My money gone, Pizza Made money and the customer got the short end of the stick. I work in customer service, the approaching to do would have been to just credit my order $32. It’s 32 freaking dollars and your pizza isn’t gold. Ridiculous!! In a world where it’s hard af for single parent to make ends meet with no help whatsoever, $32 is a lot to me. Screw Pizza Hut and all of those customer service reps at the call center who are terrible at their jobs. Eat some place else. Mazzios is absolutely amazing, Domino’s is cool, Mellow Mushroom, just anywhere...

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE!!! My wife and I are on day 3 of recovering from food poisoning from an ultimate pizza that we got from this location. We thought that since it was a decent area, the food would be ok. We couldn’t have been more wrong. 1st red flag should have been when I walked in to pick it up and the only person working stared me in the face for about 5 minutes while on a personal call, and did not acknowledge me until she finished her conversation. Next, another employee came in from a smoke break I guess, but walked right past me and said nothing. Finally got the pizza and have been regretting it ever since. This just ruined Pizza Hut for us because we have no plans to dine at a restaurant that doesn’t care about serving old food, under cooked food, and food with toppings that probably sat out all day. (see their other reviews) My wife keeps apologizing for not reading the reviews before ordering, but if this is what it took to find out about this horrible place so that we can warn others to avoid this place like the plague, then perhaps saving someone’s life is worth what we are currently going through. This place needs to be thoroughly inspected and re staffed. No other way around it. So BE WARNED!!
