They have a good variety of pretzels, toppings, and drinks to keep the taste buds excited. The line from the register used to stack out into the walkway of the mall, which was a nuisance for traverseing the stores. But they fixed it and put up delineation to keep the line nice and tidy. Their production is good and they keep the line moving, which is also nice because as soon as you come in the north entrance you smell the delicious doughey treats and nothing is more tortureous than a slow moving line on an empty stomach. I sat in front for 5+ mins before someone finally came to the front, proceeded to tell me and the other person in line that she was on break and wanted to finish it, but since she couldn’t find the other worker, she would help us. LOL! Another time, the guy was in the back where you could see him eating his lunch, noticed there was people in line finished a couple more bites and then came up to help. Without washing his hands or anything. I get it you work for a pretzel company, but at bare minimum try to make the best of it. I’ve had several times where my pretzels were burnt, or under cooked.
