The place is good. First time coming to this cafe. I would’ve give it 4 star reviews if only the customer service is great. I’ve been to many cafes but this one was one of the worst. Was it really that costly to great your customers with radiant smile and polite question like “Hi how can I help you today? Is there anything else you would like to add from your order?” instead I got a dark emotion from that guy with a beard and ask me “Is that all?” very rude kinda way of question. Look I understand sometimes we are going through some crisis in our life but don’t make it affect your job. If you can’t have fun at work then stay at home. Try being nice it’s not expensive ok? Coffee was great, had the dirty chai and it was delicious. Avoid their baked goods, definately not fresh. Would love to see them pair with a local bakery. Didn't try the beer or wine options, a bit too early in the day for that! Odd "decor" inside, just a large American flag, which I appreciate, but that's about it. Much better is their outdoor patio, well kept and great on a nice Tricity day. Leaning towards 3.5 stars because really only the coffee and patio stood out. Best coffee in town in my opinion! 5 stars for coffee (admittedly, I haven't tried their food yet). 5 stars for service. Never had a bad experience here with the staff. In fact, I have found that they often go above and beyond for me. Atmosphere is my only issue. 3-4 stars. Wish it were more comfortable. Feels a little cramped to me and a lot of the seating is just not to my liking. That small nit-pick aside, this place is amazing and I would highly recommend it to coffee lovers.
