If I could give zero ☆'s, I would!!! I completed my order for just under $100 on-line at 11:50p.m. It said, As long as my order was placed by 12:00a.m. It would be delivered!!! My wish was to pay cash! When I got to the payment page, It said, This store was requiring a $50 prepayment on a card to place the order? (Since when did cash become a unacceptable on a delivery?) So, Since it still was NOT midnight yet, I called to speak with someone at the store directly. It did not say they were closed! It said, "Somebody would be on the line, To take my order momentarily!" The recording asking me to hold play two more times. Then on The third try it said, They were closed but, To push "0" if I still wished to speak with somebody. A male named Blake, That claimed he is the manager, Answered my call. He was extremely rude and refused to even listen to my issue or the fact that my Order online, As well as the phone call I just made, We're definately within time stipulations, They gave to place my order! He was rude and when I did start to explain my problem, He told me, He was tired, He was closed, And He wasn't arguing with me!!! Even though arguing with me, cutting me off, being extremely rude and disrespectful, Was all he did know how to do!!! I have worked in the restaurant business since i was 14 years old! I have always worked in customer service! And at 51 years old, I can honestly say, This is the rudest I have EVER been treated by someone, Who claims to The manager in the customer service field! In all my years of managing, serving, being in this profession, I have NEVER treated or talked down to anyone, The way I was treated and talked down to tonight!!! If Domino's does anything to make this right with me? I will post it! If not, I will relay my experience with all of my family and friends! Read moreMessed up order which I totally understand. The added item was something that my mother is allergic to and cannot just pick off. I let them know that I ordered item without X item but it was on the food. Phone call was fine at first but individual began responding in a curt manner and flat out told me he did not want to fix the order as they were busy. He said he could refund me for the item. I explained I would rather have the item fixed as this was the only item my mother wanted. I was then told they were out of other ingredients for the dish, fine. He then says they are swamped and that it will take up to an hour to get the fixed dish out to me. Cut to, everyone has eaten with mother with no food. Same guy quality controlled item (which took 15 minutes the first time to miss the ingredient the first time). Customer service was not horrible but the curt answers which turned to inappropriate handling of the situation was greatly unpleasant (I understand mistakes happen and gave the guy every opportunity to make the situation right and did not raise my voice nor speak poorly to him) Delivery drivers were both very friendly so they have that going for them. The driver declined taking the incorrect item back (likely due to policy due to COVID) and was very polite. Overall, this experience was not worth the money spent at this location. Read moreI had the worst experience with Dominos tonight. First my pizza literally sat at the store done for over a half an hour. When I called the girl answered the phone and tells me they have more orders than drivers but my order should be on it's way. When the driver shows up he is polite and apologizes for the wait, bit he forgot my soda. The driver goes back to the store and 20 mins go by ( I live very close to the store). I call again to see if they are bringing my soda. The girl who answered the phone then turns to talk to whomever is there and asks " is someone taking the soda or what because I don't want to deal with this call". She said it so clearly to the phone I was so upset. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The phone was handed to a man and he apologized for the inconvenience but just gave me the yes I agree I'm sorry speech almost like he says the same thing to every customer. The crew at this location definitely needs some retraining on how to deal with a customer question or comment appropriately.
