Let me start by saying that the ONLY reason I'm reviewing them so low is NOT because of their food (quick review on some of their food at the end). It's their service. The 1st time we tried them was on 9/28. We ordered online and weren't too happy about the hour wait on a Monday to pick up our order. Oh well....now we know. However, when we arrived, we tried to call to let them know we were there as we ordered Curbside and sat on hold for almost 15 minutes. My daughter went in to get the order and was told that there was a system issue and they didn't get anybody's order (who ordered online). We then waited 25 more minutes for our order to be made. The manager was very nice, apologized, then said he was going to refund our order for the trouble. He then called my daughter (who paid) the next day and said that he wasn't able to credit her without her giving him her card number over the phone (which she didn't feel comfortable with). He offered a credit instead for that amount. He said he would have that info written down. We then decided to order again the following Monday 10/5. We sat on hold for close to 10 minutes before someone took our order. I mentioned the credit. When they went to check, there was nothing written anywhere about our credit! Luckily, a young lady came on the phone and said that she remembered us and that we had a credit. She took care of it. All's well that ends well right? Wrong. I wanted to order from them on 10/9 (see a pattern Giordanos?? You could get a lot of business from us....), all I wanted was an order of spaghetti and the website said that it was going to be 45 minutes. Once I went to pay (online), it said that the time was no longer valid and changed the time to AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR A PICK UP ORDER! That HAD to be a glitch....so I call them.....on hold for 11 minutes before I hung up....come on. Staff up! I want to be a regular customer but if it takes 11-15 minutes to get through on the phone and the website doesn't work right...how am I suppose to make this happen?? We ended up eating elsewhere Friday and I simply do not know if I have the patience to sit on hold forever or place an online order and MAYBE it will go through...maybe it won't. But since I'll have to start trying to place my order 2 hours in advance, I'm not sure it's worth it. Notes on the food: Extra thin crust pizza-pretty good...may be the best in town. Spaghetti-I like it better than Olive Garden...it's pretty good! Italian beef-I did NOT like the flavor-tasted off and their "sweet peppers" are a couple of thin tiny strips of green pepper that was microwaved-ew Cheesy Garlic bread- was NOT good- doughy Mozzarella sticks-not worth it.    Read morePlaced an order online Christmas Eve for my family at 2pm. I set the pick up time to be 430. My family had a church event that we wanted to attend at 7 pm so we had plans to have dinner by 5 and at the church in time for service. After arriving at the restaurant at 4:30 I was told to give them a few minutes to bring my food out. Those few minutes turned into an hour and a half of me waiting for my order. Usually after waiting 10-15 minutes longer than I should I would have cancelled my order and went somewhere else. Since it was Christmas Eve my options were very limited and I had a group of people back at home waiting to eat. When I finally decided to go and cancel my order the manager comes out and tells me that my order was coming out, at 6pm. By the time I made it home and was able to feed everyone, we missed our church program because we were so far behind schedule. Not only did it take an hour and a half to get our food, we also received a burnt pizza which we could hardly eat and threw almost half of it out, but they also didnât give me my small cheese deep dish pizza. I understand that this is a new restaurant in the area but the way this situation was handled was poor. There were over 20 customers there that had placed orders in advance and none of our orders were ready. And after waiting for over an hour a manager finally comes out and all they did was asked us what the problem was. As if they didnât know that people had been waiting for hours for their food. I have pictures of the burnt pizza that I received and the food that we threw out. What a waste of money and had I known that this is how You treat customers, I would have never placed an order. I believe I gave plenty of notice so that my order could be ready and it wasnât. Please let me know how we are going to fix the situation because my next step is to call my bank and dispute the charges because I did not receive...
   Read moreIf I could give it no stars I would. I've had carry out twice, foods always good so I decided to take the family to dine in. Nice hostess, warning us there's a 60minute wait for stuffed pizza orders so put in order immediately. We didn't come for the stuffed pizza this time. We were seated right by the front door so literally everytime the door opened which was every 5 minutes we were blasted with cold air. They had 2 people in booths yet my party of 4 was stuck at a small table. My wife and mother had to leave their coats on because how cold it was. It took about 10 minutes to take our drink order and we ordered our appetizer and entrees all at once. Took about 5 minutes for our drinks and then another 30 minutes for our bruschetta to come out. Then we waited and waited. An hour rolls by, we still hadn't gotten our soup or salads. About 1hr and 15mins in the manager comes up and apologizes for the wait and tell us everything's about 5 mins from finishing and the bill will be taken care of. My wife asked for it to be wrapped up to go. Immediately after the manager left the server brings out soup and salads and trys to deliver them when we informed him it was all to go. It took another 25mins to get our food carryout wrapped up putting us at over an 1hr and 45mins for an italian beef, fettuccine alfredo, lasagna and chicken parm. Server was nice but idk what the hold up was. The experience was less then pleasant. We get home and unwrap our meal and my wife's peppers were missing, my salad was vinaigrette instead of ranch (even tho the ranch was included) and my fettuccine alfredo tasted like boiled noodles, no flavor whatsoever.
